1:10 Speaker 2: going to share some practical points here. First and foremost,

1:14 Speaker 2: prepare with God's help. Probles three verse six says acknowledge

1:18 Speaker 2: God in all your ways, and He will direct your steps.

1:21 Speaker 2: So before you start studying. Acknowledge God, God, help me

1:25 Speaker 2: in this subject. Help me what should I study? What

1:28 Speaker 2: steps should I take? How can I study this in

1:30 Speaker 2: a different way and start involving God. He will give

1:33 Speaker 2: you creative ways to study. He has his own unique

1:37 Speaker 2: ways for you to study. Maybe, if you like singing,

1:40 Speaker 2: God can help you remember some formula through songs. Or

1:45 Speaker 2: if you like to remember through acronyms, God may give

1:48 Speaker 2: you some creative ideas on how to remember those formulae

1:51 Speaker 2: in chemistry or physics, or you know. God has a

1:54 Speaker 2: very creative approach to each person according to their creativity.

1:58 Speaker 2: And when you acknowledge God and the Holy Spirit, you

2:01 Speaker 2: will also tell you remember this because this is going

2:04 Speaker 2: to come in your exam, or to tell you don't

2:07 Speaker 2: study that because that may not come. Even those secrets.

2:10 Speaker 2: Sometimes the Holy Spirit will tell you. The second thing

2:13 Speaker 2: to renote is that you cannot be slacked. The Bible

2:16 Speaker 2: says in Proverbs, thenfore that you should not be slack.

2:19 Speaker 2: You should work hard. There is no substitute for working hard.

2:24 Speaker 2: When you're tempted to check your phone or you're tempted

2:27 Speaker 2: to just sleep, just think about the long term. Just

2:31 Speaker 2: have somebody as an accountability partner, or maybe you keep

2:35 Speaker 2: your phone with somebody else so that you make sure

2:38 Speaker 2: that you're working hard and not getting distracted and wilding

2:41 Speaker 2: away your time. And the third thing I would tell

2:44 Speaker 2: you is the Bible says in James one, verse five,

2:46 Speaker 2: to ask God for wisdom. When you ask God for

2:50 Speaker 2: his wisdom, there is a total different approach you will

2:53 Speaker 2: have with regard to your study. That's how you will

2:56 Speaker 2: know that worldly knowledge is different or not even to

3:01 Speaker 2: a small portion. You can compare it to the level

3:05 Speaker 2: of wisdom you can get when you get it directly

3:08 Speaker 2: from God. And the next thing I want to tell

3:10 Speaker 2: you is you need to always prepare for the worst

3:14 Speaker 2: in mind. They always say, even when you're flying a

3:17 Speaker 2: plane or you're going to climb Mount Everest, always prepare

3:20 Speaker 2: for the worst. Even if it's easy, it's great, but

3:23 Speaker 2: don't prepare thinking it should be easy. When you look

3:25 Speaker 2: at first Samuel seventeen, verse forty, it's very astonishing David

3:30 Speaker 2: only went to give food to his brothers, very menial task.

3:34 Speaker 2: But it says that even when he went to give

3:36 Speaker 2: food to his brothers, he was carrying the sling shot,

3:39 Speaker 2: and that is what was helping him to defeat Goliath. See,

3:43 Speaker 2: he didn't go there thinking he's going to defeat Goliath

3:45 Speaker 2: or he's going to face a big problem. He went

3:48 Speaker 2: there only for a small thing, but he was prepared.

3:51 Speaker 2: That's why I'm saying, when you're going to face an exam,

3:54 Speaker 2: be prepared for even a tough paper. And the last

3:57 Speaker 2: important point I want to share is a lot of

4:00 Speaker 2: people go to the other extreme where they overdo to

4:03 Speaker 2: a point where they affect their health. Don't do that. Understand,

4:07 Speaker 2: there was a moment when Elijah, the Mighty Prophet ended

4:11 Speaker 2: up going to a place where he was only eating

4:13 Speaker 2: and sleeping. That was the season of his life. It

4:16 Speaker 2: was not because he was lazy, but it was God

4:18 Speaker 2: preparing him for the big journey ahead of him, Which

4:22 Speaker 2: means that some seasons or sometimes you need to take

4:25 Speaker 2: time to rest, take time to replenish, take time to sleep,

4:29 Speaker 2: take time to take care of your health. Also while

4:32 Speaker 2: you're preparing for your exam. So in closing, I want

4:35 Speaker 2: to summarize all the five points to you once more,

4:39 Speaker 2: prepare with God's help, don't be slack, work hard, ask

4:43 Speaker 2: God for wisdom, Prepare for the worst, and don't overdo

4:47 Speaker 2: When you just keep this as your principle and do

4:50 Speaker 2: your best. I believe that God will help you do

4:53 Speaker 2: your best in your examination. Lord, I pray for those
