0:53 the verses that you would have heard a lot of people quote and share,

0:57 especially if you're going through seasons of where you've got it hangs anxious, and

1:00 you're carrying a lot of burdens in your life and you're just concerned about things

1:04 and you're just too heavy in your spirit in your heart, and you're saying,

1:11 John, you know, I have all these things that I'm worried about,

1:15 maybe your future, maybe a child, maybe somebody who's not in the

1:19 ways of the Lord, or maybe you're looking at an impossible situation. A

1:23 sickness, or you know, a situation in your workplace which is not making

1:27 any sense, or your business is too slow and you don't know how you're

1:30 going to pay your bills, and whatever it is, you're too worried and

1:34 you're anxious, and well, you know, there are two scriptures that we

1:38 often hear people say, and one is found in Psalms fifty five, verse

1:42 twenty two, and this is what it says, cast your burdens on the

1:46 lot, or in other translations, it says, cast your cares upon the

1:49 lot, you know, and he will sustain you, and he will never

1:53 permit the righteous to be moved. Another translation, and sorry, another scripture

1:59 that people quote is first Speed of five seven, which is just saying pretty

2:02 much the same thing, and it says, you know, cast your cast

2:07 upon the Lord, cast your burdens upon the Lord, cast your worries upon

2:09 the Lord. And you know, both of these are having something in common,

2:14 and it's saying, cast your cares, cast whatever you're carrying, just

2:19 cast it on the Lord. And and and when you look at the word

2:22 cast, okay, it simply means to throw something off forcibly, you're you're

2:27 not wanting to carry it anymore. You're like, you know what I'm not.

2:30 I'm getting rid of this and just throwing it off, you know what

2:32 I mean. You know when you think of the image, you know,

2:36 I was reminded of. You can probably check out my YouTube video where I

2:39 released a live demonstration of this, where I was, you know, stepping

2:44 into a room and you know, I'm just taking the backpack and just throwing

2:47 it the mask and throwing it and us. It's a pretty old video i'd

2:53 recorded, and you know, I was editing and re releasing it today and

2:57 I was just reminded of this. You know, so many people are things

3:00 that they don't have to carry, and today you may be carrying something in

3:04 your life that you don't have to carry, and God is saying, why

3:06 are you carrying this? You know, just just cast it off, just

3:08 throw it off, just forcibly remove it from you and just say, you

3:13 know, what, what do you do? You know you see in the

3:15 image of a little kid, or especially in movies or practically in many people's

3:20 lives. You know, the minute they come, they just take the socks

3:22 and they just throw it. I mean, it's not the right thing to

3:24 do, but I'm just saying, you know, they take the clothes off

3:27 and just throw it. And you know, that's the kind of an image

3:30 you need to have. If you are willing to throw off you know,

3:34 you know, your backpack, your mask or your hat and your cap and

3:38 your clothing and your bags and all of these things and just throwing it and

3:42 forcibly removing it and just casting it off. How much more you should cast

3:46 off things that you don't have to carry in your life, maybe the burdens,

3:50 maybe your worries, maybe your questions and doubts, your anxieties. Today,

3:54 I pray in the name of Jesus Christ that this world will release you.

3:59 In the name of Jesus, I pray that everybody that you have will

4:02 melt in the name of Jesus Christ, that you will be in a position

4:05 to trust god fully and say, God, use it in your word to

4:09 cast it. And I'm casting it. I'm giving it into your hands.

4:12 You take control of my life. I'm not running my life. God,

4:15 you are. And I know that at your appointed time You're going to make

4:17 all things beautiful, that You're going to work all things together for my good.

4:20 Because I love you and I'm called according to your purpose, and I

4:24 pray that this word will become a reality. In the name of Jesus,

4:28 I pray for freedom for those who are struggling today with worry, fear,

4:31 anxiety, panic attacks, whatever area in your life you need to cast.

4:35 I pray that this world will be the setting free word for you. In
