0:41 Speaker 1: Welcome to Fuel for the Soul with John Gifta.

0:45 Speaker 2: Fuel for the Soul with John Gifta podcast. I'm so glad that you're joining in as we're going to look at various lessons that we can take away from the life of Moses during this season, in this week as well on the podcast. A couple of things I want to start off by talking about is I want you to understand that sometimes you may be looking at your life and feeling like, oh my gosh, it feels like all hell has broken loose. There's so many things happening. I don't know. It feels like my life is at risk.

1:12 Speaker 2: I feel like things are just being unfair towards me. Maybe it's not just towards you, but it's towards me. you know, a lot of people around and you're feeling like what is going on. But I want you to understand Moses was born at a time when there was a lot of oppression. The Pharaoh had just ordered that all the male babies born to Hebrew women should be killed, right? That was a moment when Moses was born. It's a striking similarity between Moses and when you look at Jesus, when Jesus was born on earth as a man, what you see is the same thing that the a king had ordered all these babies to be killed as well so I wanted to understand the striking similarity here's the thing I wanted to understand if you're looking at all hell breaking loose if you feel like everything is going out of control if you feel like the devil is playing a major sport in this world or maybe in your community in your church or in your ministry in your in your office or in your neighborhood or in your community and you're wondering like what is going on, maybe, just maybe, the reason why you can see all the visible attacks, the visible opposition is because God is birthing something powerful.

2:22 Speaker 2: God is doing something mighty. See, I want to tell you something. When I look at this old thing, right? We just look at all the noise around, but we don't realize that in the unseen world, something mighty was happening. At a time when all the babies were getting killed, there was a Moses that was born. When all the babies were getting killed, on the other hand, the son of the living God, Jesus was born. See, I want you to understand this. If you are seeing that things are going out of hand, if you feel like things have gotten to a place where it's beyond your control, just say, Lord, what is happening?

3:03 Speaker 2: Help me not to just look at things from the outside. Help me to see what is happening in the spiritual realm. In the spirit realm, many, many years ago, there was a little baby that was in a ICU. And all the doctors who came to the baby to check on the baby, they came and checked and they said, you know what, this baby is not going to survive. This baby is going to die. There's nothing that can be done medically possible to save this baby. They told the loved ones, call all the family members and tell them this baby is going to die.

3:37 Speaker 2: This 45-day-old baby was given a

3:43 Speaker 2: The good news is that the same baby I'm referring to is the one talking to you right now.

3:46 Speaker 1: That's me.

3:47 Speaker 2: The same baby that the doctors gave a death sentence to when I was 45 days old. Now I'm able to be a blessing to multitudes across the globe through media, through traveling, through ministry, through opportunities and through my life as a whole. And I'm not saying this to boast, but I want you to understand the enemy, the same way when Moses was born, mad that he was running around killing babies right when Jesus was born he went around creating such a ruckus trying to kill Moses trying to kill Jesus and I believe that there was a reason why the enemy tried to kill me and stop me before I came into this world or when I was just entering this world I want to tell you something.

4:33 Speaker 2: If you're in a place in your life and you're saying, John, why all this opposition? Maybe, just maybe, like Moses, like Jesus, like me, maybe God has a big plan for your life. Maybe God has something big. Maybe God is birthing something through your life that you thought, I'm just ordinary. There's nothing special about me. I'm just a nobody. I'm just, just, just you're making it through life. But I want to tell you something. The devil will not be playing with your life if there was nothing into your life the reason why the devil is attacking is because he is scared of what god is about to do in your life the very thing that the enemy is attacking you and he is doing all sorts of things to put you in a bad spot shows that you're not ordinary that God has a plan for your life, that God is going to use you in a mighty way.

5:29 Speaker 2: Moses was used to save multitudes and to help those multitudes of this generation to leave Egypt and move towards the promised land. Jesus, when he walked on earth as a man, he paid the ultimate price for the sins of the whole world so that through him, we as humanity will find salvation. And the Lord saved me. I'm not boasting or putting myself on a pedestal. The Lord saved me and now I'm able to be a blessing to multitudes, if not millions, through the television, the podcast, the YouTube, the social, traveling around and ministering.

6:10 Speaker 2: All the different things that the Lord has given me the grace to do is not because... I'm great or something. It's because the Lord is great and the Lord worked it out through my life. Today, I want you to look at your life from this perspective, that if you are facing challenges and opposition, That's not a reason for you to throw things out. That's not a reason for you to give up. That's not a reason for you to just think like, oh my gosh, this is my unlucky me or I'm just unlucky. No, the reason you're attacked is not because you're unlucky.

6:46 Speaker 2: The reason you're attacked is because the favor of God rests upon you. is because God's big plans are on you and when God fulfills those big plans and big assignments through your life, you will be a great asset to the kingdom of God. Amen. I would really pray that this message will encourage you and challenge you in your walk with the Lord and be an encouragement to you.
