1:13 Speaker 2: the ministry, in terms of their calling, their purpose, career,

1:17 Speaker 2: or even young people who want to take right steps

1:21 Speaker 2: while they're in their schools and colleges so that you

1:23 Speaker 2: know they're not in a place where they come out

1:25 Speaker 2: and they do not know what to do with their life. So,

1:27 Speaker 2: by the grace of God, I've been able to help

1:30 Speaker 2: so many people of different age groups and different people.

2:01 Speaker 2: really recommend that you go through these segments and take

2:04 Speaker 2: the precautionary or the steps that you need to take

2:08 Speaker 2: so that you will be able to see the results

2:10 Speaker 2: of this, because it's not enough for you to just

2:13 Speaker 2: hear them, but you also need to put them into

2:16 Speaker 2: practice for you to start experiencing or getting clarity over

2:20 Speaker 2: your life as well. So getting started with part one

2:23 Speaker 2: where I spoke to you about the importance of building

2:27 Speaker 2: your relationship with God to an extent where you can

2:29 Speaker 2: hear the voice of God personally. See a lot of

2:32 Speaker 2: times we focus on yes, you need to build a

2:34 Speaker 2: relationship with God, whether the emphasis on pray for a

2:38 Speaker 2: longer time, or read the Bible for a longer time,

2:41 Speaker 2: or go deep in your Bible studies, or attend church

2:43 Speaker 2: more regularly, all of those things. See, there's a place

2:46 Speaker 2: for all of that. There's a place for yes, you

2:48 Speaker 2: need to spend quality time with a lot. But I

2:51 Speaker 2: want to challenge you, don't just spend time as a

2:54 Speaker 2: time of spending time with God where it's all about

2:56 Speaker 2: you just going and telling them I want this, I

2:59 Speaker 2: want that to God. You know what, I just want

3:01 Speaker 2: to keep reading, reading, reading the Bible just to get information.

3:04 Speaker 2: But get to a place where you are building a

3:07 Speaker 2: relationship with God to an extent where you can personally

3:10 Speaker 2: hear the voice of God. Because the Bible clearly says

3:13 Speaker 2: my sheep will hear my voice. The Bible clearly says

3:16 Speaker 2: that you know. Behold, there's a voice behind you telling

3:18 Speaker 2: you which way you need to go. Turn to the

3:20 Speaker 2: left or turn to the right. And I say at

3:21 Speaker 2: thirty twenty one, so God wants to give you guidance.

3:24 Speaker 2: God wants to speak to you. He wants to lead you,

3:26 Speaker 2: guide you every step along the way. And so it

3:29 Speaker 2: is important that you take that step to develop your

3:32 Speaker 2: relationship with God to an extent where you can hear

3:35 Speaker 2: the voice of God. And I want you to stay

3:37 Speaker 2: tuned because in the podcast, I plan to do a

3:40 Speaker 2: series on hearing the Voice of God very soon, and

3:42 Speaker 2: I believe that series is also going to help you

3:45 Speaker 2: as you take that step to hear the voice of God. Now,

3:48 Speaker 2: the second thing I told you is that God is

3:50 Speaker 2: not going to give you all the details right away,

3:52 Speaker 2: but he expects that you take the step based on

3:55 Speaker 2: what He has given you, and as you take the step,

3:58 Speaker 2: he will lead you step by step. He's not going

4:00 Speaker 2: to give you a to zen of all the instructions.

4:03 Speaker 2: He's not able to give you all the things that

4:05 Speaker 2: you need to know beforehand, but he's going to give

4:08 Speaker 2: you the information you need to get started. He's going

4:11 Speaker 2: to give you the information you need to make your

4:13 Speaker 2: first move. My challenge is that you don't just wait

4:16 Speaker 2: for all the details, but get started with what God

4:19 Speaker 2: has already given you. And the part three is when

4:22 Speaker 2: I remind you that sometimes the maybe, if you're saying, John,

4:26 Speaker 2: I want to hear God's voice, I have taken steps

4:29 Speaker 2: to hear the voice of God, but still I'm not

4:31 Speaker 2: hearing his voice. For still, for some reason, I'm not

4:34 Speaker 2: able to get any clarity on which move I need

4:37 Speaker 2: to make, which direction I need to go. But here's

4:40 Speaker 2: the word place where I challenge you that you know,

4:42 Speaker 2: if you are filling yourself with a lot of wrong

4:46 Speaker 2: voices spoken over you, you will find it hard to

4:51 Speaker 2: hear or discern the voice of God. Because if other voices,

4:56 Speaker 2: even if they mean well, if they're good people that

4:58 Speaker 2: can be close friends, members, they can mean well, But

5:02 Speaker 2: if they are influencing or if they have an influence

5:06 Speaker 2: over your decision making, if they are constantly speaking over

5:09 Speaker 2: your life without you realizing, you could be entertaining the

5:13 Speaker 2: wrong voices. And because those voices are louder than the

5:17 Speaker 2: still soft voice of God, you're finding it hard to

5:20 Speaker 2: discern the voice of God. Today, my challenges get to

5:23 Speaker 2: a place where you are making that intentional step to

5:27 Speaker 2: start getting away from the wrong voices, or at least

5:31 Speaker 2: keep a distance to a point where the wrong voices

5:33 Speaker 2: don't influence the decisions in your life. So you need

5:37 Speaker 2: to be clear on that and based on that when

5:39 Speaker 2: you look at the fourth part I was talking to

5:43 Speaker 2: you about even in the Book of Timothy, where it

5:46 Speaker 2: says where the apostle Paul told Timothy in chapter four,

5:52 Speaker 2: verse five of tewond Timothy, he said, you know, I

5:55 Speaker 2: want you to have a clear mind in all situations,

5:58 Speaker 2: and I really challenged you to look at areas in

6:01 Speaker 2: your life in which there is an entrance to you

6:04 Speaker 2: for having a clear mind. Maybe it could be your

6:07 Speaker 2: social media, it could be your gadget, it could be

6:09 Speaker 2: that your workaholic. It could be even ministry. It could

6:12 Speaker 2: be something that's occupying so much of thought in your

6:16 Speaker 2: mind you wake up thinking about it, You're going to

6:18 Speaker 2: bed thinking about this person. You're always on having this

6:22 Speaker 2: in the back of your mind. So you're not having

6:25 Speaker 2: that clear mind in all situations. So today's a wake

6:28 Speaker 2: up call for you that you will take that intentional

6:30 Speaker 2: step to clear your mind. Because the Bible doesn't say

6:34 Speaker 2: that God will clear your mind. It says the postal

6:37 Speaker 2: Poule told Timothy, clear your mind, have a clear mind

6:42 Speaker 2: in all situations. So there is a place where God,

6:47 Speaker 2: when you take that step and say, God, help me,

6:49 Speaker 2: have a clear mind, and the Lord honors that by

6:53 Speaker 2: answering and setting you free in your mind. And even

6:56 Speaker 2: if you're listening right now, when you're saying there's so

6:58 Speaker 2: many things in your mind, I want to pray in

7:00 Speaker 2: the name of Jesus Christ that as you're listening, you

7:03 Speaker 2: will experience the touch of the Lord over your mind

7:06 Speaker 2: and God will bring that clear mind to you. So

7:10 Speaker 2: right after that I spoke to you on part five,

7:13 Speaker 2: where I was telling you about the importance of letting

7:15 Speaker 2: go of control and trusting God. I really challenge you

7:19 Speaker 2: to get to that place where if there is an

7:21 Speaker 2: area of your life where you're unwilling to let go,

7:23 Speaker 2: where you're holding on and you're saying, you know what

7:25 Speaker 2: I wanted my way, this is the best thing, this

7:28 Speaker 2: is my dream, this is my passion. I want to

7:29 Speaker 2: do it my way. Where the thing I want to

7:32 Speaker 2: recommend and challenge you is that, yes, God, you know

7:35 Speaker 2: God has your best interests at that God wants to

7:38 Speaker 2: grant it deserves of your heart. God gave you the

7:41 Speaker 2: dream like he gave the dreams to Joseph, and he

7:43 Speaker 2: will fulfill those dreams. But the thing is how he

7:46 Speaker 2: wants to do it is in a place where you

7:48 Speaker 2: need to trust him and say, God as surrender to

7:51 Speaker 2: you to do it your way, not my way. So

7:55 Speaker 2: let go of the control and start trusting God. Like

7:58 Speaker 2: how in the Book of Acts it says Date let

8:00 Speaker 2: go of that control and allowed the ship to steer

8:04 Speaker 2: in whichever direction. So you need to let go and say,

8:07 Speaker 2: however the Lord is leading, however God is moving, let

8:10 Speaker 2: it happen because I know by the end of it,

8:13 Speaker 2: God will lead me to where I need to go.

8:15 Speaker 2: And then past six, I was telling you about the

8:19 Speaker 2: importance of slowing down because a lot of times we're

8:22 Speaker 2: on the constant rush. We're like, oh, I need to

8:25 Speaker 2: do more if I need to hear God's voice. But

8:28 Speaker 2: what if you're missing out on where you need to

8:31 Speaker 2: be because you are faster than you know the pace

8:36 Speaker 2: at which God wants you to go. See, sometimes if

8:39 Speaker 2: you're going too fast, it will take longer time for

8:42 Speaker 2: you to slow down. Right, if the Titanic was going

8:46 Speaker 2: at a slower pace, they would have been able to

8:48 Speaker 2: stop before they hit the Hasberg. Sometimes you don't get clarity.

8:51 Speaker 2: Sometimes you things are not working out, not because you're

8:54 Speaker 2: not moving enough, it's because you're moving quicker or in

8:57 Speaker 2: a faster pace than what you had designed to move.

9:01 Speaker 2: So I'd really recommend you to slow down if you

9:04 Speaker 2: want to hear the voice of God, and challenge you

9:06 Speaker 2: to go into each of these segments to learn more. Okay,

9:09 Speaker 2: And when you look at the part seven, I was

9:11 Speaker 2: also talking to you on the importance of resting wealth

9:14 Speaker 2: to hear God's voice. Where I've told you, yes, one

9:17 Speaker 2: you need to slow down, but there's another part where

9:19 Speaker 2: you need to actually pause. You need to rest so

9:22 Speaker 2: that you can hear the voice of God. You know,

9:24 Speaker 2: sometimes we think like, oh, how can I take rest, man,

9:27 Speaker 2: I have so much to do, But sometimes real work

9:31 Speaker 2: gets done and real productivity improves when you take that

9:35 Speaker 2: step to be intentional in resting, intentional in taking a

9:40 Speaker 2: break pausing. And I also spoke to you on the

9:43 Speaker 2: importance of how when Elijah had a big assignment in

9:46 Speaker 2: front of him, he didn't start running. What did he do?

9:48 Speaker 2: He slept, he ate and slept, He hate and slipt,

9:51 Speaker 2: He took cut off, took care of his physical body.

9:57 Speaker 2: You know, sometimes you don't get clarity because you're not

10:00 Speaker 2: sleeping enough, you're not eating well, you're not having a

10:06 Speaker 2: proper disciplined lifestyle. You know, look at all of that

10:10 Speaker 2: and take care of your physical body. Only after he

10:16 Speaker 2: ate and slept, ate and slept, he got clarity and

10:19 Speaker 2: the strength he needed for the next step that he

10:22 Speaker 2: had to take in his life. So I'd really challenge

10:25 Speaker 2: you to take it seriously to take care of your

10:29 Speaker 2: physical body. All right. So the next thing I want

10:32 Speaker 2: to talk about is remind you of is another practical

10:36 Speaker 2: thing on writing down to get more clarity, because when

10:39 Speaker 2: you start writing things down, you'll be able to get

10:42 Speaker 2: the structure, you know, flow, so that you'd be able

10:45 Speaker 2: to see things. You'll be able to look at the

10:47 Speaker 2: sword analysis basically the strength and the opportunity, the thread

10:51 Speaker 2: and the weakness, and all of those things will help

10:54 Speaker 2: you look at which one is a better option for

10:56 Speaker 2: you to take a step. Where is it that you

10:59 Speaker 2: have the leading, where you have the strength, where you

11:02 Speaker 2: are able to do better, and all of those things

11:05 Speaker 2: and at the same time. Part nine is where I've

11:09 Speaker 2: told you about the Bible, says Colosians three point fifteen,

11:12 Speaker 2: that the peace of God will be your empire. So

11:15 Speaker 2: it's a place where you go where you trust the

11:18 Speaker 2: leading of God through the peace. He gives you a

11:22 Speaker 2: piece that doesn't make sense, because outside, even if things

11:25 Speaker 2: are not making sense, even if things are you know,

11:29 Speaker 2: not peaceful on the outside, you will have that peace.

11:32 Speaker 2: At the same time, if everything looks good on the outside,

11:35 Speaker 2: but still if you have an undress through the Holy Spirit,

11:38 Speaker 2: then you know that it's not of the lot. So

11:40 Speaker 2: I challenge you to let peace be your empire. And

11:43 Speaker 2: the last part, the path then, which I finished with yesterday,

11:47 Speaker 2: was based out of Abraham when I told you in

11:50 Speaker 2: Genesis twenty two, the Lord told Abraham to go to

11:55 Speaker 2: the region of Moria to offer sn Isaac as a

12:00 Speaker 2: sacrifice in one of the mountains. See, God gave him

12:03 Speaker 2: the instruction to get started. Like I told you in

12:06 Speaker 2: the beginning about how God leads you step by step,

12:09 Speaker 2: God gives you instructions and at the same time, at

12:13 Speaker 2: some point when you go to where God wants you

12:16 Speaker 2: to go, either he will lead you through another voice

12:20 Speaker 2: or whatever, or the Bible says he looked up and

12:25 Speaker 2: he saw the place. God didn't speak to him again

12:28 Speaker 2: and said, this is the mountain. He just told him

12:30 Speaker 2: go to the region. So sometimes you just got to

12:33 Speaker 2: go to the region. Just got to go where God

12:36 Speaker 2: wants you to go, and He will lead you every step.
