0:58 in a time and age when a lot of people today are like, you

1:00 know what, I can just manage my life. I have everything in my

1:04 control. I'm able to handle this. I have a job, I have

1:08 money, I have resources, I have people in my life. I have

1:11 this, I have that, so I think I can handle this. A

1:15 lot of people live with this attitude where they think that they don't need to

1:19 depend on God. But I want you to understand something here. When we

1:23 look at John chapter two, this is the incident when Jesus did his first

1:27 miracle of turning water into wine. You have to remember the scripture says in

1:33 verse two that Jesus and his disciples were invited to the wedding and was three

1:38 says the wine ran out. Now I wanted to understand when Jesus was invited

1:44 to the wedding, nobody knew that the wine was going to run out.

1:48 Nobody knew what was going to happen. Nobody knew that there was going to

1:53 be a problem. Nobody knew that they needed Jesus to come and turn water

1:57 into wine. What I wanted to understand is just because things are looking fine

2:01 now doesn't mean that you don't know how things are going to be. Now.

2:05 I'm not being pessimistic. I'm not saying expect the negative. But what

2:08 I'm saying is today things are fine doesn't mean you don't need God. You

2:13 don't need to inviire God. A lot of people today, when things are

2:16 fine, they forget God. They throw them out of the window. And

2:20 when things go out of hand, and then they're scratching their heads wondering,

2:23 oh my goodness, Maybe I should have looked for divine counsel. Maybe I

2:27 should have done something better, Maybe I should have involved God in this before

2:30 things went out of control. But today I encourage you to do understand from

2:36 this simple principle from John chapter two. They invited Jesus to the wedding even

2:40 before the wine ran out. They invited Jesus to the wedding before the problem

2:45 came into those ayrria. You know, in other words, you have to

2:47 remember in your life, in your academics. Now things are fine, but

2:53 you don't know how things are going to be. Invite Jesus before things go

2:55 out of hand. Or you're saying my job situation, my career, my

3:00 relationships, my marriage, or my ministry. You know, I can tell

3:05 you sometimes. You know, you can be caught up in doing ministry and

3:08 still not involving God in your ministry. So you have to be careful that

3:14 just because things are going fine, don't throw a God out of the window.

3:17 Jesus said, apart from me, you can do nothing. So you

3:23 and I need God. Then, you know, the scripture says I can

3:25 do all things through Christ, who strengthens me. Without Christ, you can't

3:30 do all things. You need God. You need his assistance, You need

3:35 Him to be part and parcel of your life. So today my challenge is

3:38 the simple truth that you would invite Jesus into your life, involve him into

3:44 every detail of your life before you hate a problem, because He is the

3:49 solution for every problem. And don't go to a place where you're like,

3:53 oh my gosh, the wine ran out. Oh my goodness, I should

3:54 have invited Jesus before. Let that not be the case. Okay, A

3:59 lot of people to God only when they hit the problem. Let that not

4:01 be your case today, before you hit a nice book, before your wine

4:08 runs out, invite Jesus into your life, and I'm sure that your life

4:12 will never be the same for the better. I hope you are blessed by

4:15 the short word, and I pray the name of Jesus Lorn that you will

4:18 encourage every single person watching listening to invite you into their life, to be

4:24 involved in every detail of their life, and their life will never be the
