0:48 Speaker 2: I want to talk about the fact where the Bible says lean not on your own understanding. Now, many times, even though we say we trust God, even though we say that you know, we want God's plan to prevail a way life, even though we say, you know what, I want God to do what only he can do, and all of these things we say, but sometimes you know, without our own understanding, we start trusting on our own and you know, skills, our own abilities. We start trusting people, We start trusting on our own self, and at the same time we start, you know, getting to the place where we think, you know, I know this, you know I can handle this.

1:25 Speaker 2: We start leaning on our own understanding. You know what I mean. So today my challenge is, you know, I want you to check yourself and introspect. Maybe there are areas in your life where God is leading you in a different path, but you are not listening to him. You're not depending on him, you're not leaning on him, you're not allowing him to lead you. You're not you know, trusting him with all your heart. So what you're actually doing is without your realizing, sometimes you end up leaning on your own understanding.

1:52 Speaker 2: You think, like, you know what, this is the best decision because I'm making this very informed decision. You know, there's a place for informed, there's a place for wisdom, there's a place for you know, being wise in the way you need to handle there's no doubt about it. But there's a place you need to understand where if God is leading in a certain direction, you should be willing to trust him to the point where you stop leaning on your own understanding and start depending on God. Today, my question is, are you going to the place where you trust Him and you have stopped leaning on your own understanding?

2:27 Speaker 2: Thinking like this is the best way to go, This is the best strategy I've been experienced in this. I have so much of knowledge. I've studied in this so and so best institute. I learned so much. I've gone through so much. I know this. I've been here for a long time, so I know everything. So the minute you have that attitude that you know everything is when you end up losing everything. I challenge you to get to that place of humility. You know one thing, I'm just saying this from my heart. Even this morning when I was talking to the Lord when I'm praying, I said, God, Holy Spirit, I don't know how to pray correctly.

3:01 Speaker 2: Please, Holy Spirit, you lead me to pray. You know, I want you to understand. You know, that is the heart of humility. I want you to have where even a thing like prayer, I've been praying for a long time. I know I've experienced a lot of amazing things in my life through prayer, and you know, tapping into the amazing levels and encounters through prayer. But still, the heart of attitude that you and I need to have is that humility where you say, God, I don't know to do this. I want to depend on your Holy Spirit.

3:29 Speaker 2: You help me, you teach me, you guide me, you mold me. When you start depending on him, then you start leaning on him. That's when you tap into unstapped territories in your life. Are you getting what I'm saying today? My challenge is instead of going on your own understanding, thinking like, you know, I know how to pray, I know how to read the Bible. You know, today I was like, God, I want you to tell me what you want me to read. And He led me to the right place at the right time. This is how God leads me to write it to the right place at the right time.

3:57 Speaker 2: When I just took in the microphone and I said, God, I want you to what is the series? You want me to do? What you want me to preach? What you want me to do on the podcast? You know, God leads me to the right thing at the right time. And I'm telling you when you start depending on the Holy Spirit, when you start acknowledging Him, and when you start leaning on God instead of leaning on your own understanding thinking this is the best thing to do, I'm telling you you will see God lead you. You will see him direct your steps.

4:25 Speaker 2: He is a faithful God. He is a prayer answering God. If you have a prayer today that you say, I want not to lean on my own and I want to lean on God more, and you say, God, I want you to direct my steps. When you say, God, help me to trust you more. God, I don't know how to pray. I don't know how to do this. I don't know how to do this the way you want me to do. When you start depending on Him, when you start humbling yourself, I'm telling you that is when you will see God take you places that you never even imagine.
