0:56 you guys today is Yes, you may be praying for a miracle and a

1:00 breakthrough. You've been praying that God will show up in your life, maybe

1:03 for a promotion and elevation. Maybe you've been waiting on the Lord and asking

1:07 him Lord, when will you give me this dream job opportunity, or meet

1:11 the person of my dreams, or maybe the ministry is going to take off,

1:15 and so on and so forth, and you're just praying and asking the

1:19 Law to you know, make your videos go viral. If you're on a

1:22 YouTuber or any area of your life that you've been praying about that miracle or

1:26 that opportunity that will be life changing for you. I just want to remind

1:30 you of something. Guys. You know, one of the things many times

1:36 I've seen people do or say is will let the miracle come and let me

1:41 see, let the dream opportunity come, and then let me see. And

1:45 you know, I was just getting this analogy that when you think about the

1:49 rain, right, we don't wait for the rainy season and then go hunting

1:53 for an umbrella or for you know, raincoat. We prepare ourselves the minute

2:01 you know that rainy season is about to come, we go get an umbrella

2:06 or a rain court whatever, right, or even in other words, like

2:09 it's not like after the rain comes and then you go door to door looking

2:14 for an umbrella, shop to shop trying to buy a rain court, you

2:17 don't do that. You prepare yourself before the rain. Right. You need

2:22 to get to that place where you understand that if you're praying for rain,

2:24 you need to prepare yourself in advance for the rain. If you're praying for

2:29 the miracle, the breakthrough. You need to prepare yourself in advance for the

2:32 miracle and the breakthrough, because you don't know when the opportunity is going to

2:36 come. You don't know when the rain is going to come, the rain

2:38 of God's favor, the rain of God's goodness. You don't know when it's

2:42 going to happen. See when you think about even in the incident when no

2:46 the Bible says in the Book of Hebrews that he was a preacher of righteousness,

2:50 which means that he was constantly preaching to the generation of that time,

2:54 the people on the earth of that time, trying to preach to them the

2:58 message of righteousness. But nobody repented. But after the rain came and the

3:05 heart had already moved ahead, with the door being shut by God, it

3:08 was too late for them to repent. It was too late for them to

3:12 get into the ark. Likewise, if you think about David and the Bible,

3:16 when the opportunity to defeat Goliath came, it was a sudden opportunity.

3:23 He didn't expect it. That morning when he woke up, he thought he

3:24 was just going to be a food delivery boy. He was just going to

3:28 deliver the food to his brothers that he didn't realize that that day was going

3:31 to be a life changing opportunity for him. He hears about this Goliath who

3:38 was stunting everybody, and you see something near Saints of God. At that

3:42 moment, he could not say, hey, give me five days, let

3:45 me practice wrestling shot, let me go and prepare myself, let me go

3:51 for a fasting prayer, or call on all the profits to come and pray.

3:54 No, he couldn't do that. When the opportunity came. He had

3:58 to be ready to take it up. When the opportunity came, he had

4:02 to be prepared for a ten in advance. Today, I'm asking you.

4:08 You're praying for the miracle, you're praying for the rain, you're praying for

4:11 the opportunity, you're praying for the elevation, you're praying for the breakthrough.

4:15 But my question is are you preparing yourself for it? I know I've asked

4:19 this question long, long time ago. A couple of times the Lord led

4:24 me to share this, But but do they Again? The Lord was reminding

4:28 me of this, and I thought, you know, it's such a powerful

4:30 reminder for all of us if we get to that place where we introspect.

4:34 You're saying, John, I'm ready for the miracle. Are you really ready

4:39 for the miracle? Are you really ready for the breakthrough? Are you really

4:43 prepared? If today your dream opportunity came, would you be able to take

4:47 it up? See, even in my ministry or in my life as a

4:51 whole, as a minister, so many opportunity came, opportunities came suddenly.

4:59 I would just go to a meeting as as an attendee, and suddenly they

5:02 would say, oh, John, is you'll ask him to preach on the

5:05 spot. Just walk in and directly as to go and preach. I had

5:11 moments like that. There have been opportunities when you know, I would just

5:16 be having dinner and suddenly somebody would call, you know, such and such

5:20 thing happened. Can can you replace this minister and speak in this online even

5:26 within five to ten minutes? And I would go immediately and preach for an

5:30 hour, you know, for the whatever time allotted to me, or so

5:33 many times opportunities to minister in different churches or wherever, many opportunities came suddenly.

5:40 If I were to say, you know what, I need time to

5:43 prepare myself. If I need you know. See, the thing is this

5:46 because I'm constantly preparing myself in the presence of the law all the time.

5:50 God prepares you when the opportunity comes. David would already practiced the sling shot

5:57 when he was all alone. We were just in the press of God as

6:00 he were shepherding his flock, so when the opportunity came, he was ready

6:04 to tackle. See you, guys, prepare yourself, have that fellowship with

6:10 God, and ask God to teach you. What are the things you need

6:13 to prepare. What are the things you need to learn, What are the

6:15 things you need to unlearn, What are the attitudes you need to change,

6:17 the perspectives you need to modify. And prepare yourself so when the opportunity comes,

6:23 you don't have to think twice. When the opportunity comes, you will

6:26 not miss it. When the opportunity comes, you will not underperform, but

6:30 you will outperform to an extent that you know what. You are the right

6:34 person to take up that opportunity, and you will be promoted or elevated,

6:39 or you'll get the right opportunity that will trust you and change the trajectory of

6:44 your life. Today, I pray in the name of Jesus, that you'll

6:47 come to that place of feace and trust for the Lord and follow his leading

6:54 to prepare yourself for the miracle. The opportunity is the breakthroughs that you've been
