1:07 Speaker 2: talk about an important aspect again coming down to Genesis

1:12 Speaker 2: thirty nine, and I've been talking about this for the

1:16 Speaker 2: last couple of days, and there was an aspect that

1:18 Speaker 2: has showed you how he was sent to an Egyptian

1:24 Speaker 2: who was one of Pharaoh's officials, called the party for

1:27 Speaker 2: and it goes on to say how because the Lord

1:31 Speaker 2: was with him with Joseph, he saw that everything he

1:35 Speaker 2: did prospered and he saw I'm talking about the Egyptian master, right,

1:40 Speaker 2: he saw the hand of God and that the Lord

1:43 Speaker 2: was with Joseph. And you know, eventually Joseph found favor

1:47 Speaker 2: in his sight and became his attendant. That's verse three

1:51 Speaker 2: when you talk about it, and he's the thing I

1:53 Speaker 2: want you to understand that after a while, Joseph is

1:56 Speaker 2: wrongly accused and he's put in prison. And I want

1:59 Speaker 2: to really remind you of this. In the first case,

2:02 Speaker 2: you realize that Fortifast saw that, you know, like everything

2:07 Speaker 2: that Joseph did prospered, and he saw the blessing in

2:10 Speaker 2: his life because of Joseph, and he saw and eventually,

2:14 Speaker 2: because of what he saw, he ended up, you know,

2:19 Speaker 2: showing favor to Joseph, like you know, making him in

2:24 Speaker 2: charge and all of these things. But when you look

2:26 Speaker 2: at the moment when he's put in the prison, here's

2:29 Speaker 2: the thing I wanted to understand. There's a slight difference. Right,

2:33 Speaker 2: it says that, but while Joseph was there in the

2:36 Speaker 2: prison was twenty one hourards. It goes on to say

2:39 Speaker 2: the Lord was with him, he showed him kindness and

2:42 Speaker 2: granted him favor in the eyes of the prison warden.

2:47 Speaker 2: You see in the first case, when the portifirst saw

2:52 Speaker 2: everything prospered, that made him melt and show favor towards Joseph. Right,

2:57 Speaker 2: that's the way Joseph won his favor. But here it

3:01 Speaker 2: was a different approach. He's in prison and the Lord

3:05 Speaker 2: was with him, and the Lord showed him kindness. Because

3:08 Speaker 2: he must have been heartbroken. When I look at this,

3:11 Speaker 2: I think he must have been heart broken. He would

3:13 Speaker 2: have been like, what is happening with my life? Where

3:16 Speaker 2: is it going? You know? And here I'm sure he

3:19 Speaker 2: didn't have the strength at that moment. He was just

3:21 Speaker 2: sent to the prison. I'm sure he would be like, Oh,

3:23 Speaker 2: I need to start being my best again, and then

3:26 Speaker 2: I will. I don't know how I'm going, whether it's

3:28 Speaker 2: really worth it? What if somebody you know accuses me again?

3:31 Speaker 2: What if everything is not worth it? Maybe he could

3:34 Speaker 2: have thought all of that, or maybe God knows. The

3:37 Speaker 2: mental and emotional state that Joseph would have been at

3:39 Speaker 2: that point, and so here instead of him working up

3:43 Speaker 2: to show that favor, it says that God cost the prison,

3:48 Speaker 2: gods and the warden to show him kindness and grant

3:52 Speaker 2: him favor. You see, God knows the state that you're in.

3:56 Speaker 2: God knows the emotional state that you're in right understands

4:00 Speaker 2: the pain that you're going through, and he knows, like

4:04 Speaker 2: if you don't have the strength to do like you

4:08 Speaker 2: did earlier, God understands, he will show his favor and

4:13 Speaker 2: he will do what needs to be done in the

4:15 Speaker 2: best way possible. He made sure that this warden you know,

4:21 Speaker 2: found favor. He was kind to him, and then eventually

4:25 Speaker 2: the warden put Joseph in charge of all those who

4:27 Speaker 2: went in the prison, and he was made responsible for

4:30 Speaker 2: all that was done there. You see, guys, God understands

4:36 Speaker 2: you don't have to work it up. You just be

4:38 Speaker 2: your best. You just tell the Lord Lord it's too much.

4:42 Speaker 2: If it's too much, tell him it's too much. If

4:44 Speaker 2: you feel like crying this cry to the Lord. Because

4:49 Speaker 2: in the previous case, Joseph is you know, like doing

4:53 Speaker 2: really well and being diligent and prospering that cost whattifer to,

5:00 Speaker 2: you know, like show him favor. But now maybe Joseph

5:04 Speaker 2: was too weak to even start a fresh maybe he

5:07 Speaker 2: was so broken. God made sure that this man, the warden,

5:14 Speaker 2: showed favor to him. God made sure that he was

5:17 Speaker 2: kind to him. So God knows your state, and God

5:22 Speaker 2: knows how to help you through and take you every

5:25 Speaker 2: step along the way. Will you trust him? God bless you.
