1:02 Speaker 2: this marriage break? Why did this friendship just dissolve like

1:08 Speaker 2: I never expected it is to happen. I don't know

1:10 Speaker 2: why this happened, John, I really thought I could count

1:13 Speaker 2: on this, but here I am, and I'm just abandoned.

1:18 Speaker 2: Betrade or going through some season that just feels so

1:23 Speaker 2: so bad for you. Well, you know, for the last

1:26 Speaker 2: couple of days, I've been talking to you from the

1:28 Speaker 2: life of Joseph, and I want to go back to

1:30 Speaker 2: this aspect from Genesis, chapter thirty nine, where when you

1:34 Speaker 2: look at the aspect of how you know, Joseph already

1:38 Speaker 2: went through a lot and I'm sure he must be

1:40 Speaker 2: hurting and your ears in a foreign nation, he has

1:44 Speaker 2: to serve as a slave to Potiphar, and on top

1:47 Speaker 2: of that, he eventually builds up his career so to speak,

1:51 Speaker 2: you know, like in the sense he is made in

1:54 Speaker 2: charge of everything at Potiphar's house, and Potiphar at least

1:57 Speaker 2: trusts him. So you know, things are slowly seeming to

2:00 Speaker 2: be getting better for Joseph, even though he might have

2:03 Speaker 2: been missing his home and all of that. But you know,

2:06 Speaker 2: at least now he's in a better spot. Things seem like, okay,

2:10 Speaker 2: they are only getting better. Suddenly Potiphar's wife wrongly accuses

2:14 Speaker 2: him and now he's thrown in the prison. Right, it

2:18 Speaker 2: just seems so unfair, It seems so bad. And yes,

2:21 Speaker 2: we may go through moments where, yes, things are already

2:24 Speaker 2: unfair for Joseph the fact that he could have enjoyed

2:27 Speaker 2: life at home, you know, when he was the favorite

2:30 Speaker 2: son of his dad, but here he was serving in

2:32 Speaker 2: a foreign nation as a slave, you know, from being

2:34 Speaker 2: his favorite son to being a slave where life was

2:38 Speaker 2: so unfair and people were so rude and mean to him.

2:41 Speaker 2: And here he was where he had to prove himself

2:43 Speaker 2: in the sense that he was diligent, and he went

2:46 Speaker 2: the extra mile, and the fav was was upon him

2:50 Speaker 2: when he was when Potiphar was able to see God's

2:54 Speaker 2: hand and leading upon Joseph's life, and all of that

2:57 Speaker 2: is true. But now everything is go on. He loses everything. Today.

3:03 Speaker 2: You may be in a position where you're saying, John,

3:04 Speaker 2: I worked so hard, I made my boss look good,

3:08 Speaker 2: I went the extra mile for my project. But now

3:10 Speaker 2: I'm sent out of the organization. I did everything to

3:15 Speaker 2: bring these people together and build up this team. But

3:18 Speaker 2: here I am in a moment when I'm sent out

3:20 Speaker 2: of this team. I'm sent out of this friendship they're enjoying,

3:23 Speaker 2: and here I am alone. You may be crying like that,

3:26 Speaker 2: and I'm telling you that are moments in my life.

3:28 Speaker 2: I've been through it. I've been through moments when I've

3:30 Speaker 2: been fired from jobs. I understand the pain. I've been

3:35 Speaker 2: through moments when I've built up teams or groups of

3:39 Speaker 2: friendships and I've been kicked out of that group and

3:44 Speaker 2: they are still friends. You know, you know, I understand

3:47 Speaker 2: the pain, and you may be in that pain. But

3:50 Speaker 2: I want to share this word to encourage you. You know,

3:54 Speaker 2: you were not pushed out because it's you know, like,

3:59 Speaker 2: of course what it did was I'm not denying that.

4:02 Speaker 2: I'm not saying what what first wife did was the

4:04 Speaker 2: right thing. But what I'm saying is God can use

4:07 Speaker 2: even that negative thing for good. It seemed like he

4:11 Speaker 2: was in the you know, going in the wrong direction,

4:14 Speaker 2: or his life was going in the wrong direction. But

4:16 Speaker 2: it was if you look at it from the other perspective,

4:19 Speaker 2: if what if his wife had not accused, Joseph would

4:23 Speaker 2: have remained a slave the rest of his life. But

4:26 Speaker 2: because of that, he's pushed out of that place, pushed

4:30 Speaker 2: out into the next level or the next stage of

4:33 Speaker 2: his life so that he could be connected with the

4:38 Speaker 2: compeer who will eventually connect him with the Pharaoh and

4:41 Speaker 2: change the trajectory of his life completely. Today, I want

4:44 Speaker 2: you to understand even when life doesn't make sense. Why

4:47 Speaker 2: are they betraying me? Why did they walk out of

4:49 Speaker 2: my life? Why was I kicked out of this group?

4:51 Speaker 2: Why didn't this job work out for me? Why didn't

4:54 Speaker 2: this relationship work out well for me? Well, I want

4:57 Speaker 2: you to understand it's all for good. Or one day

5:01 Speaker 2: you look back and say, Lord, I thank you that

5:03 Speaker 2: you saved me. I thank you that you took me

5:05 Speaker 2: out of this place. Now when I look back, I'm

5:07 Speaker 2: grateful that I was fired from some of the places.

5:10 Speaker 2: I'm grateful that I was sent out of certain groups,

5:13 Speaker 2: because you know what those things could have limited what

5:16 Speaker 2: God wanted to do and through my life. And today

5:18 Speaker 2: I wanted to understand that, just like the Bible says

5:21 Speaker 2: in the Book of John when Jesus said, well, today

5:23 Speaker 2: you don't understand, but one day you will understand. I

5:26 Speaker 2: want you to understand that. One day you will look

5:28 Speaker 2: back and say with the same assurance, I know that

5:32 Speaker 2: God allowed this for a purpose. I'm also saying God

5:37 Speaker 2: caused that to happen, but God allowed it to happen.

5:39 Speaker 2: There's a difference, right, Some people think that God gave

5:42 Speaker 2: that sickness and do this person away. God will not.

5:45 Speaker 2: You know that there's there's there's there's a difference between God,

5:49 Speaker 2: you know, costing something and God allowing something and God

5:54 Speaker 2: will allow I mean God did not cause Partifir's wife

5:57 Speaker 2: to wrongly accuse. God allowed that to happen. You know,

6:01 Speaker 2: you need to understand get theology right because some people

6:05 Speaker 2: think that, you know, oh, God cost. God will not

6:08 Speaker 2: cost a person to sin, right cause a person to sin.

6:12 Speaker 2: God will not make them sin. God will allow like

6:16 Speaker 2: or you won't restrict them from doing that. And that's

6:19 Speaker 2: exactly what happened. He did not cause partyfirst wife to

6:22 Speaker 2: sin and wrongly accuse Joseph, but he allowed that to

6:26 Speaker 2: happen so that through that process Joseph will be pushed

6:30 Speaker 2: out of this place to the next stage, so that

6:33 Speaker 2: eventually he will step into the fullness of the destiny

6:37 Speaker 2: that God has for him. Amen, God bless you.
