0:57 about the radious aspects in knowing and finding for our life today, I'm going

1:00 to talk about another important aspect that many of us fail to look at,

1:06 the aspect and the importance of closed doors. Yes, we've given so much

1:11 of waitage for the aspect of open doors, and we wait upon the Lord

1:15 to open doors. No man can shut We wait upon the Lord to connect

1:19 us and bring the right people across a part. We bait upon the Lord

1:23 for new levels and new seasons and new opportunities to spring up and open up

1:30 for our life. Yes, there's an important aspect on opening of doors in

1:36 our life. But I have to let you know that closed doors are also

1:42 very essential and play a vital role in and through our life. And today

1:47 we're going to talk about the same. You know, sometimes when we're going,

1:52 especially in India, this is what happens, especially when we have to

1:55 board a train in the night or in the middle of the night. Sometimes

2:00 you know, the doors of some of the compartments will be shut. So

2:06 what we immediately do is we don't stay there and try to open that door.

2:10 We don't stay there and you know, waste our time, you know,

2:14 trying to do something to get it open. What we do is we

2:17 run to the next open door and step into the train. Why because we

2:23 don't know when the train is going to move, so we have to get

2:25 in as soon as possible. So what we have to understand from this example

2:30 is this closed door was a wave to prevent you from getting into that particular

2:38 place. And so when there's a closed door, you don't waste your time

2:42 on the closed door. What do you do. You know that the train

2:45 might leave anytimes, so you run to the next open door and you get

2:50 into the train. I want you to understand in your life. Sometimes,

2:53 you know, God closes some doors so that he would direct you to the

3:00 next open door. If this door hadn't been closed, you might be wasting

3:05 your time over there, you might be trying to get in in the wrong

3:08 compartment. That's why sometimes God has to close the wrong doors so that you

3:15 will keep moving forward, you will keep taking the next step, so that

3:19 you will step into the next open door that God has for you. Now.

3:25 For example, there was an incident when as a family, we were

3:31 traveling to a hill station and we reached a particular intersection where the GPS told

3:40 us to take a ride, whereas the road seemed right to go straight,

3:47 so we were kind of confused. But because there was no board which said

3:54 go straight or go right, we follow the GPS and went and you know

4:00 what happened. It led us into a very bad place. Right. We

4:08 found it very hard to get back to the position because we were in kind

4:15 of like trouble on the road. So what I'm trying to say is,

4:19 you know, if there was a closed door, if this road had been

4:26 blocked and said this is closed, it would have been a better thing for

4:30 us. We wouldn't have got into the trouble that we got into because that

4:35 door was still open that road or had not been blocked. That road was

4:40 still open. So you have to be grateful when got closest doors, because

4:45 a closed door is better than a wrong open door. Think about it.

4:50 I know it's not easy. The rejection is not easy. The people walking

4:57 out of your life is not easy. You leaving that organization or you're being

5:01 sent out of that organization is not easy. You applied in so many places,

5:06 but you've still not got the opportunity. It's not easy. Closed doors

5:11 are not easy. But you have to understand that if you're encountering closed doors,

5:15 it's probably because God is shutting that route for you, because He has

5:19 a different route in your life. When we think about in the scripture,

5:25 one of the best examples I can think of was Joseph. When Joseph was

5:33 helping or investing in the dream of the cup Bearer, he tells him,

5:39 when you get out, put in a word to the fair road that I'm

5:42 wrongly accused, and I'm here so that I can be a free man.

5:46 I can go back to my own life. But that man, when he

5:51 stepped out he forgot about Joseph for two years, another closed door in Joseph's

5:59 life. It seemed unfair, it seemed bad. But when you look at

6:06 the big picture, two years later, when the Pharaoh had a disturbing dream,

6:12 exactly at that moment, the cup bearer remembered Joseph, and he connected

6:15 the dogs for Joseph and the Pharaoh, and eventually Joseph gets to become the

6:21 prime minister equivalent of Egypt at the time, and Egypt is the most powerful

6:25 nation in the world of that time. Now, all of that would have

6:28 not happened if this cup bearer had remembered Joseph and had set him free when

6:34 he just came out. So what you realized was that that closed door in

6:41 itself was a blessing. If the closed door was not there, Joseph would

6:46 have just gone back as an ordinary man. Today, I want you to

6:49 be glad, be grateful for some closed doors. Be grateful that somebody forgot

6:56 about you so long. Be grateful that those people stepped out of your life.

7:01 Be grateful that that organization send you out. Be grateful for some closetores.

7:08 Because when you are grateful for those closed doors and that's when you are

7:12 about to get yourself ready for the next open door in your life. And

7:16 that open door that God has for you is going to super exceed your imagination.

7:24 It's going to exceed your expectation, and it's going to be beyond your

7:31 wildest dreams. Think about it. I want to close with another example.

7:40 When you think about the children of Israel when they were moving towards the Promised

7:44 Land, at one point, God pasts the Red Sea for them so that

7:48 they walk through on dry ground. When I am traveling from Egypt towards their

7:54 promised land, so they go to the other side of the Red Sea,

8:00 and what happens. The Red Sea, which was parted, close its back

8:07 again. So long they would constantly complain, they would constantly grumble, They

8:13 would constantly say, we want to get back to Egypt, we want to

8:20 get back to Egypt. But here's the thing. As long as they were

8:26 on the other side, if they really wanted to get back to Egypt,

8:31 they could get back to Egypt. But once the Red Sea parted and they

8:37 got to the other side and the Red Sea closed in again, even if

8:41 they want to, the Red Sea would not part again. So sometimes God

8:48 would close, some doors would close. And see, here's the thing I

8:52 want to understand. The same God who parts the red seas will also close

8:58 red seas. You have to remember that, Yes, God makes a way

9:03 so that you will step into the next level, the new season, the

9:05 new door or opportunity that God has for you. But the same God who

9:11 parts that it sees, is the same God who also closes them. So

9:20 today, stop fighting the closed doors. Stop looking back at Egypt when you're

9:26 crossed over to the other side of the Red Sea and it's it's not going

9:30 to part again anymore. It's not going to part again. Got closed that

9:33 door so that you can move forward. Got closed that door for you to

9:37 look forward for the next big door He has in store for you. Amen,

9:48 think about it instead of crying about your closed doors, be excited and

9:54 be grateful. Like I said, with my example, we got into more

9:58 trouble because of a wrong open door. And that's one of the reasons you

10:07 can be really glad that God uses some closed doors in our life so that

10:13 even if you want to be can't. So we keep moving forward and we

10:18 step into the right door that God hasn't for us. That's one of the

10:24 ways God uses to guide us into the things that He hasn't store for us.
