1:16 Speaker 2: make this a part and parcel of your life, because

1:18 Speaker 2: a lot of times we just go by the flow

1:20 Speaker 2: where we say, you know what, I don't know how

1:23 Speaker 2: I can get clarity in my life. I'm not sure

1:26 Speaker 2: where do I begin. And we spoke about the overview

1:31 Speaker 2: of the aspect regard to getting clarity in life, and today,

1:34 Speaker 2: the first and foremost thing I want to remind you

1:36 Speaker 2: and I want to talk to you about is the

1:39 Speaker 2: emphasis on if you want to start with regard to

1:42 Speaker 2: getting clarity in life, the first and foremost thing you

1:44 Speaker 2: need to do is get to that place where you

1:47 Speaker 2: develop your work with God. You know, I always say

1:51 Speaker 2: this very respectfully. You know a lot of times people

1:54 Speaker 2: say to develop your walk with God is all about

1:56 Speaker 2: spending more time. You know, a lot of times people

1:59 Speaker 2: focus more on the quantity of time with God then

2:02 Speaker 2: on the quality of time with God. I want you

2:05 Speaker 2: to remember something, what is more important. I mean, I'm

2:08 Speaker 2: not saying that quantity or the more time you spend

2:12 Speaker 2: with God is not necessary, or you know that it's

2:15 Speaker 2: a waste of time or something. I'm not saying that.

2:17 Speaker 2: But what I'm saying is sometimes people spend ten hours

2:20 Speaker 2: in the presence of God, but it's all about ten

2:23 Speaker 2: as being clocked in. But in terms of transformation in

2:27 Speaker 2: terms of actual change in their life, in terms of

2:32 Speaker 2: actually receiving a word from the Lord, a revelation that

2:34 Speaker 2: will transform their life. There is zero why because what

2:38 Speaker 2: will actually make the difference of you encountering God is

2:42 Speaker 2: not just you talking to God, but it is a

2:45 Speaker 2: moment when you are in a personal relationship with the

2:48 Speaker 2: Lord to an extent where you hear the voice of

2:51 Speaker 2: God and where you have something solid you can say,

2:55 Speaker 2: this is what the Lord told me. This is the

2:57 Speaker 2: encounter I had with the Lord, This is the experience

3:00 Speaker 2: the Lord allowed me to go through. This is what

3:04 Speaker 2: happened when I spend time with the Lord, and there

3:07 Speaker 2: is some solid plan that comes out through it. Are

3:11 Speaker 2: you getting what I'm saying? The most important thing I

3:13 Speaker 2: want you to focus on in terms of getting clarity

3:17 Speaker 2: with God, first and foremost is getting clarity in hearing

3:21 Speaker 2: the voice of God. You know, I'll talk more about

3:25 Speaker 2: how to hear the voice of God maybe in episodes

3:27 Speaker 2: down the line, because I believe there are so many

3:30 Speaker 2: people who are asking these questions a lot of times.

3:32 Speaker 2: But today, first and foremost, remember your first priority should

3:37 Speaker 2: be to hear the voice of God. To be in

3:39 Speaker 2: a place where you don't just emphasize on how much

3:43 Speaker 2: time you spend with God, but on the quality of

3:46 Speaker 2: your time with God, such that even if all you

3:49 Speaker 2: get from the Lord in a certain time is getting

3:52 Speaker 2: one worse that is exactly your spirit, or one revelation

3:56 Speaker 2: that changes your perspective, or one touch from the Lord

4:00 Speaker 2: that changes things, that's what you need to focus on,

4:03 Speaker 2: not just mugging up, not just getting you know, your

4:06 Speaker 2: checklists for the day done, not just focusing on, you know, what,

4:09 Speaker 2: I need to complete the Bible in a year. I mean,

4:12 Speaker 2: I'm all for doing that if that's the way the

4:14 Speaker 2: Lord is leading you to complete the Bible in a year.

4:16 Speaker 2: But sometimes people are more focused on the tick mark

4:19 Speaker 2: of completing the Bible, tick mark of going around with

4:22 Speaker 2: this pride in saying you know, I completed the Bible,

4:27 Speaker 2: rather than actually slowing down to receive the word that

4:31 Speaker 2: the Lord wants to give in And today, this is

4:34 Speaker 2: a word I want to share with each one of you,

4:36 Speaker 2: that you will get to that place where your heart is,

4:38 Speaker 2: in a place where you say, God, I want to

4:42 Speaker 2: hear you. I want you to be in a place

4:46 Speaker 2: where you're able to receive the word from the Lord,

4:49 Speaker 2: the touch from the Lord, the encounter of the Lord,

4:53 Speaker 2: the drama word, the spoken word from the Lord, which

4:57 Speaker 2: will unlock things in your life. So the first and

5:01 Speaker 2: foremost thing that you need to pursue in regard to

5:03 Speaker 2: getting in clarity from God, is you getting clarity in

5:09 Speaker 2: hearing the voice of God, because that's where things will change.

5:14 Speaker 2: Because I'm telling you, a lot of times people focus

5:16 Speaker 2: on hearing the voice of God much later, or they

5:19 Speaker 2: even forget about clarity in that hearing the voice of

5:22 Speaker 2: God in the area of getting clarity because the emphasis

5:25 Speaker 2: is more on all the practical tools. Do this, you'll

5:28 Speaker 2: get clarity. Do that? See all of that. There are

5:31 Speaker 2: tools to use, right, but it should all stem from

5:36 Speaker 2: the place of hearing the voice of God. Because I'm

5:39 Speaker 2: telling you one of the biggest mistakes a lot of

5:41 Speaker 2: people make is just go by the flow of all

5:44 Speaker 2: the advice people give and then using the tools based

5:47 Speaker 2: on that. But if you can only if you're only

5:51 Speaker 2: listening to all the advice from people and never taking

5:54 Speaker 2: time to listen to the one who created you himself,

5:58 Speaker 2: you will miss out on the blueprint for your life.

6:01 Speaker 2: Because God is the one who created you, not people.

6:04 Speaker 2: People will not understand what God is doing, because that's

6:07 Speaker 2: just where you need to get that important, important thing

6:10 Speaker 2: where you say, you know what people may mean, Well,

6:13 Speaker 2: they may say a hundred things, but what does God

6:15 Speaker 2: say about my situation? I want to just close with

6:18 Speaker 2: this important thing. Last year, one of the decisions I

6:22 Speaker 2: had to make was a bit regard to getting the

6:25 Speaker 2: visa for one of the countries. It was not an

6:31 Speaker 2: easy thing and there were a lot of things hurdles

6:34 Speaker 2: coming along the way, and there were good, well meaning

6:37 Speaker 2: people who told me this, John, you know, you're wasting

6:41 Speaker 2: your time on this. So many people got rejected. It's

6:43 Speaker 2: not going to happen on paper. You don't have what

6:46 Speaker 2: it takes to get this visa. It's not going to

6:48 Speaker 2: work out. You better just you know, forget about it.

6:52 Speaker 2: You're you're wasting your time. You're not. But in the

6:56 Speaker 2: midst of that, the lot or constantly you know, kept

6:59 Speaker 2: on ringing this into my spirit, saying, go for it,

7:03 Speaker 2: go for it, go for it. And not only did

7:05 Speaker 2: God put that in me through the spirit, there were

7:08 Speaker 2: also some prophetic words spoken by certain people saying which

7:13 Speaker 2: in confirmation to what was already in the spirit, saying

7:16 Speaker 2: go for it. This is your moment. So what I

7:19 Speaker 2: did was in the midst of all the well meaning

7:21 Speaker 2: people who said, don't go for it, I listened to

7:25 Speaker 2: the voice of God. You see, clarity comes from God

7:29 Speaker 2: in what I'm scared. It looks like I'm going to

7:31 Speaker 2: waste my money, my time. It looks like I might

7:34 Speaker 2: get into disappointment if it doesn't work out. It looks

7:37 Speaker 2: like I might look like a fool. If you know

7:39 Speaker 2: all this because it was not easy. You know. The

7:42 Speaker 2: first round, I had to go to a certain place.

7:44 Speaker 2: To a second round, I had to go to another

7:47 Speaker 2: consulate and again not in the city that I'm in,

7:50 Speaker 2: so I had to go to another city. I had

7:53 Speaker 2: to fly in, fly out the accommodation, and I spent

7:57 Speaker 2: a huge sum of money over let's say a thousand

8:01 Speaker 2: dollars in that whole process, you know, and I was like,

8:05 Speaker 2: is it really worth all of this? But you see,

8:08 Speaker 2: when God leads you, even if other people say no,

8:12 Speaker 2: when God leads you, he gives you the victory. And

8:15 Speaker 2: by the grace of God, he gave me the victory.

8:17 Speaker 2: You know, people said it's not possible. And the very

8:20 Speaker 2: one of the persons who was a well meaning person

8:23 Speaker 2: is a past a friend of mine. He said, you

8:27 Speaker 2: know what, I actually feel sorry that I told you

8:31 Speaker 2: not to do this, but I see God's hands upon you.

8:34 Speaker 2: You see, only after I got the victory he recognized it.

8:38 Speaker 2: But the very same person told me before that I'm

8:40 Speaker 2: basing my time trying to get this visa. So what

8:44 Speaker 2: I'm trying to tell you, guys is this. You know,

8:46 Speaker 2: first and foremost thing you do is in terms of clarity,

8:50 Speaker 2: is go to that place where you know for a

8:52 Speaker 2: fact that this is what God wants you to do

8:56 Speaker 2: by hearing his voice. Even if it doesn't feel right,

9:00 Speaker 2: even if on paper it doesn't look fine, even if

9:03 Speaker 2: it looks like you're looking like a fool in the

9:06 Speaker 2: national this seems to be nowhere. It doesn't matter. If

9:10 Speaker 2: God is asking you to do something, go for it

9:12 Speaker 2: because when you do that, God will bless you, God

9:16 Speaker 2: will honor you, and you will eventually see the clarity

9:19 Speaker 2: that you're hoping for in your life. Amen. I hope
