0:45 Speaker 2: Such a joy for me to be with you, even as we are doing the CDs through this week based on Mount Everest and our every life based on God's Word. Now I want you to understand me. The twenty nine is known as Mount Everest Date, the day when hill It and ten Saying made their very first push to the summit in nineteen fifty three. So there's so many things that we can take away and learn. And one of the things I want to talk about is that, yes, the same way they climb their mountain that was in front of them that the area of calling that they had You and I need to understand God has a calling over our life, a mountain that we need to climb.

1:22 Speaker 2: Of course, God wants to take us from one degree of glory to another degree of glory. The Bible says that the path of the rights gets brighter and brighter, So there's always a greater level of calling that God has for us, a greater degree of purpose that God has in store for each and every one of us. But in order to do that, I wanted to understand. When mountaineers want to climb to the top, they cannot climb with a lot of things on their plate, right, like if they're having a backpack, there are a lot of restrictions on the limits on how much weight they can carry because it's already a very strenuous task climbing to the sun, which is literally over eighty eight hundred meters above ment sea levels.

2:04 Speaker 2: So definitely they cannot just carry whatever they want. There is a limit, like, for example, in cages, you can only carry your backpack of up to ten to fifteen cages of goodies in which inclos your jacket, your light, your oxygen and food and everything together only ten to fifteen cages. I think it's around twenty two to thirty pounds. That's all they can carry, right, So I want you to understand something here. They have to travel light if they want to go higher. The lighter you have, the higher you go.

2:38 Speaker 2: I don't know who needs to hear this word. Some of you are trying to go higher in your calling, but you're not willing to let go of the things that are weighing you down. Because the more you allow God to let go of the things, or to free you from the things that are carrying you or worrying you, or conarning you that are upon you, you will struggle to go higher. So if you really want to go higher in your calling, you need to go to that place where you let go of the things that are weighing you down.

3:13 Speaker 2: Because I want you to understand something here. The Bible says in Psalm fifty five vers two, and when you also look at first Peter five, verse seven, it says you need to cast your cast upon the Lord. You need to cast your concerns upon the Lord, cast your worries upon the Lord. Cast everything. Even when you look at Jesus, what did you say all e that are weary and are heavy laiden, come to me. You have to understand. Come and just throw it into the hands of the Lord, and then you will be able to be at rest and be able to be free enough and be light enough for you to go higher.

3:51 Speaker 2: The challenge I want to leave with each one of you is that you will go to that place where you are in a place where you let go of the things that are weighing you down so that you will be able to go higher in your calling. What are areas in your life that you're unwilling to let go. Maybe there is a hurt in the past, maybe on an opportunity that you missed and that's haunting you. Or maybe if somebody did you wrong. Maybe there's bitterness, an attitude of putting on too grudges. Maybe there's unforgiveness.

4:23 Speaker 2: Maybe there's a secret sin or an addiction that you're not willing to let go, or come into the hands of God and committing it and saying, God, this is an area where I want you to help me. Let go, help me to be set free so that I will travel light in Jesus Mighty name, Can this be your prayer today? It may be a simple message, but this is such a powerful message, a powerful reminder because the lighter you go, the higher you go. But if you're canning on too much weight, you will not be able to go higher.

4:59 Speaker 2: You will struggle, you will give up soon. But this is a wake up call for you that in any area that you're not willing to let go, that you are a loving things to weigh you down. I want to pray in Jesus name, the Holy Spirit will shed light into areas where you need to allow him to work. What are some areas in your life that the Holy Spirit needs to work that he will enable you to cast and let go. I pray in Jesus Name. Maybe a relationship that needs to be healed, a relationship that needs to be reconciled.

5:38 Speaker 2: Maybe there is an area of brokenness that you're not spoken to anybody about, but you know it that you need to take action. Let this be your wake up call. Or maybe there is something from the past that's haunting you over and over and over again. In the name of Jesus Christ, that haunting spirit, let it go, that is constantly telling you you should have done this, you shouldn't have done that, You messed it up. I pray that today you will receive that forgiveness from the Lord, to receive that mercy and to be free, so that you will start afresh today in Jesus Name.
