All through this week, we're looking at various lessons that we can take away from the incident recorded in Acts Chapter twelve Versus six onwards. 1:14 Speaker 2: See one of the things I wanted to understand is that when you look at this incident, there's a moment where Peter is in a very despicable place where he's about to be sentenced to be killed, just like the apostle James. But there is a supernatural intervention while he's in prison when an angel wakes him up and that his changed to fall off. And there's a very powerful revelation of how the supernatural element of the change falling off is not just the change falling, but also that when the chains fell on the floor, they did not wake up any of the sixteen soldiers that were there.

1:49 Speaker 2: So the way God does miracles in our life is something sometimes we feel like it doesn't even feel like a miracle. You can't hear about. You can't hear or notice, because he does miracles in a soundproof manner. But one of the things I wanted to understand is that when they were going the scriptures talks about an incident where in verse ten, they passed the first and the second guard post and came to the iron gate leading to the city, and this opened for them all by itself. The iron gate opened all by itself.

2:30 Speaker 2: I remember going into one of the washroom areas in one of the busy areas of Singapore, and this was the first time I came across automatic doors for washrooms. I was like, this is something I've not seen, like maybe it's new and it's trendy for me. This was way back, many many years ago. I had not seen that, so I was really fascinated. I'm just walking near this door and the doors opened by itself, and I was like, oh my gosh. And immediately I was reminded of this incident because the they asked they were walking the gate opened by itself.

3:11 Speaker 2: See, I want you to understand something very important here. Today. You may be feeling like John, I'm stuck. I'm not able to move forward because I'm stuck. There's a there's a door that's that's that's closed. There's a there's a there's a gate that's not letting me go by pass it. I'm not able to go through this. It's a huge wall. I'm there's something stopping me. Like maybe with regard to your career, your business, your relationships, your finance, your you're you're calling or whatever it is you're saying, No matter what step by Dick, it's like hitting a dead end.

3:46 Speaker 2: It's like nothing is working and I'm scared to make a move. But I want you to understand something here that when you see this incident, I was reminded of how the Scripture talks about in the Book of Revelations that are gone open doors no man can shut. You know, when you realize that God is your doorkeeper, When you realize that God opens doors, it's not you striving. It's not you making things happen. Life gets so much better. It's not you operating from a mode of striving, from a mode where you think that you're the one running your life.

4:20 Speaker 2: But you get to a place where you trust God. God, you are my doorkeeper. You will open the right doors for me. You will bring in the right people across my path. You will connect me with the right opportunities. You will do what needs to be done when it needs to be done. You don't have to work through Like I'm not saying be complacent and lazy. That's not what I mean. But what I'm saying is you don't have to think that the whole weight is on your shoulders, but rather you just trust God and allow him to lead you and guide you.

4:50 Speaker 2: What happens. He will lead you. He will guide you. And what happens when he does the supernatural miracle doors open on its own. You don't have to force it. You don't have to manipulate, you don't have to try to convince people. You don't have to try to make things happen. You just have to just relax, and the door will open of its own a card. The gates will open of their own a card. God will make sure that every hindrances towards your God given calling and purpose.

5:21 Speaker 2: In Jesus Mighty name. You may be feeling like John, nothing is working. Just hold on because at God's appointed time, the right door will open, at God's appointed time, the right person will step in. At God's appointed time, the right things will fall in place. Because I always believe this that when it's not God's appointed time, everything will fall apart. But when it's God's appointed time, everything will fall in place. So today, if nothing is happening, like for example, you see when Peter was arrested, nothing happened.

5:53 Speaker 2: It was all looking the same. When Peter was in the prison, nothing changed, Everything looked the same. In fact, was fast as sleep. The Bible says, maybe or through the night nothing changed. But suddenly there was a supernatural miracle. Suddenly everything turned around. Suddenly God showed up in an unexpected manner. In Peter's case, what happened. He not only saw the sound proof miracle when his chains fell off, but when he's coming, the huge iron gate opened by itself. See. I remember going through the season of a layoff, and it was really hard.

6:31 Speaker 2: There's so many things coming against me, discouragements and attacks and so much of opposition. There was so much of pressure on either side, like what is happening with my life and all of these things. But when I was in that midst of that, I remember God showed me a vision of a huge door and the door opened by itself. And the Lord said, listen, and when I am opening, I will open the door of its own accord. God said, you don't have to force it, you don't have to manipulate, you don't have to beg you don't have to try to strive.

7:06 Speaker 2: You just be your best. You just go the extra mile. You just have the spirit of excellence. You do what you're supposed to do. Heal to my spirit and just trust me, because at the right of pointed time, I will open a door of my own ACCRD. This is a word for some of you that you are striving, You're worried, you're anxious, your like time is sticking and nothing is changing. Just relax because at God's appointed time, your doors will open of their own account. The gates are going to just spring open.
