0:52 to talk to today about all you need is one in Koto. Yes,

0:57 you may be waiting for your life to turn it onto or maybe you've been

1:00 praying about somebody else. Maybe they're going off track. They're not living the

1:04 life that they're called to live, the life that God wants them to live.

1:07 They've gone off track, maybe into the wrong company. Or maybe you

1:11 yourself are feeling like John, I know I need to let go of these

1:15 wrong habits in my life. I need to get my life set together,

1:19 get on track. But you know, I'm just not able to I don't

1:25 know why my life is just in such a mess. And you know,

1:27 I'm not able to turn the tables around and not able to make ammends myself.

1:33 And I want you guys to understand something here. You're not alone.

1:37 You're not alone. And even the people that you feel you've been praying about

1:41 and they've gone too far from God and his word, his standard, and

1:47 you're thinking like, oh my gosh, I think it's time to just give

1:49 up. But I want you guys to understand that you know, the God

1:53 we serve is a merciful God. You know, the Bible says that it's

1:56 not his will for people to perish but to have eternal life, and it's

1:59 not his will for each of us to go off track and you know,

2:02 live in that kind of a life. That's not what He wants is to

2:06 do right. And at the same time, I want you to understand,

2:07 yes, there's a place where we need to come to the place where you

2:12 know, we need we have a role to play. I know I'm not

2:14 saying this, uh, you know, don't do anything a continuancein like when

2:17 you can actually do something about it. But at the same time, there

2:22 are moments when you're not able to take any step, or you're not able

2:24 to do something, you don't have the strength for it, and your life

2:28 is just not turning around. At some point you need to understand it's not

2:30 you, but it's God who's sovereignly in control. Right. You need to

2:35 understand that. And all you need is one encounter with a lord. And

2:39 all a person needs is one encounter with the Lord to see their life changed.

2:45 I want to share two scriptures with you, and I want to take

2:46 this forward two examples. Actually, if you see in First Samuel, chapter

2:53 ten, you need to understand that there is a moment when Solve he's just

2:58 living a normal life, like he's just chasing donkeys. He says he has

3:02 no expectation of anything turning around. But in this moment, he has an

3:07 encounter with Prophet Samuel, right, and Prophet Samuel is giving him this word

3:12 that he's going to become the next or the first king of Israel. It's

3:15 an exciting moment for Soil, and you know he was still just living a

3:20 carnal life in factor why why do you say that? One of the reasons

3:23 is because even when he was trying to give up because they could not find

3:28 a donkey in the previous chapter. You know, his servant just says,

3:32 there's a prophet in town. Why don't we inquired about the donkey? You

3:37 know. In other words, he doesn't even know about the prophet. You

3:39 know, it's such a famous profit prophet Samuel is there, but he doesn't

3:43 even know. He's not He's not spiritually in the right track at all.

3:46 He was just living on carnal normal mediocre, uh, you know, worldly

3:51 lifestyle. But you know, even a person like that, he has an

3:55 encounter with Samuel, and Samuel, you know, gives him a lot of

4:00 prophecies that you know, and eventually this guy starts prophesying. I mean,

4:04 it's it's interesting if you just read through these chapters. But what I want

4:10 to focus on is verse nine. It says that Assault turned and started to

4:15 leave. God gave him a new heart as God as sorry, Assault turned

4:20 and started to leave, God gave him a new heart, and all Samuel's

4:25 signs were fulfilled that day. Okay, I read to you from the Nalty

4:30 version. So one encounter, one encounter. So now you may say,

4:36 this is he's meeting with Samuel. How can you say this encountered with God.

4:40 Because in the Old Testament people do not have direct encounters with God.

4:43 For the most part, very few people did right. They most of the

4:46 time they solved the law through profits. Right. But today you and I

4:49 in in in the New Testament, we have an advantage because the whale has

4:55 been torn. You don't need to go through a profit or through a pastor,

4:58 or through a high priest. You can go directly to the throne or

5:01 grace because the Holy Spirit of God lives on the inside of you. So

5:05 today you know you can directly hack that encounter with the Lord. But here

5:10 you see when Saul, even when he had the conversation with Samuel, things

5:15 seemed like he was just the same. But the Bible says the minute he

5:19 turned and left, God did a miracle. What I want you to understand

5:26 is all it takes is one touch, one moment, God can just turn

5:31 the tables around saddenly and quickly. No matter where you're heading right now,

5:38 God can suddenly change the course of your life. Another example is also Saul

5:44 in the New Testament. You know, the Lord was just reminding me of

5:46 the comparison between both the Saults, and you see both of them were on

5:53 the wrong path. The Saul in the New Testament was such a guy that

5:59 he wanted to kill Christians. He wants running to kill and murder, and

6:06 he was finding the joy in that, and he got his approval from that,

6:12 his identity from that. But one encounter with Jesus on the road to

6:17 Damascus, from being a serial killer, he becomes a soul winner. Think

6:26 about it. One encounter with Jesus transforms him from being a serial killer to

6:31 become a soul winner. I want you, guys, understand, no matter

6:35 where you are in life, no matter where whoever you've been praying about is

6:40 in life, you have no idea when God is going to suddenly speak with

6:44 them. Suddenly one encounter with Jesus and their life is going to change.

6:50 It could be you. You need a touch. Just have that heart,

6:55 say God, I want this, I want this. I know my life

6:59 is not going in the right place. I know that I need to make

7:01 Ammen's God. I'm not able to please. I want an encounter. Please

7:06 Lord, I want to touch, Please Lord. I want a transformation.

7:11 Now. I'm telling you, when you have that heart, God will speak

7:14 to you. God will transform you. God will meet you, and the

7:19 way he's going to do is going to be different from different people. You

7:23 know, back in the day, I remember a lot of times people put

7:26 formula. I don't know, maybe people still do that. I don't I'm

7:30 not connected to anyone like that. But used to say, you know,

7:33 somebody prayed for twenty one days. Of course, Daniel there was an example.

7:38 So they said, you know, pray for twenty one days and your

7:41 miracle will come. You know, somebody said forty days and your miracle come.

7:44 Somebody you know tried something for fifty six days, and you know,

7:46 people come up with different things like that. You know. See, I

7:49 want you to understand. See if God specifically leads you to do twenty one

7:53 days or forty days, because these are scriptural numbers. You see, Jesus

7:58 fasted for forty days, or you know, Daniel braided in prayer for the

8:01 answer for twenty one days, or even if you look at you may up

8:07 building the wall in fifty two days. So if there are specific numbers,

8:11 and if the Lord specifically leads you to do something in particular in a specific

8:16 way, you know, I'm open. You know, however the Lord leads

8:18 you, go ahead but don't go and put your faith on formula. Just

8:20 because for somebody it worked into any one days doesn't mean it's going to work

8:24 for you in twenty one days. That's what I want you guys to understand.

8:26 It's not a formula. It's not It's not like, Oh, it

8:30 happened in forty days for somebody, it should happen for me. No,

8:33 it happened in you know, forty years for somebody like David became king around

8:39 forty it's going to become the same for me. No. You know,

8:41 God's timing is different. God's ways are different. So get into that place

8:46 where you say, I'm not after Formila, but I'm after an encounter with

8:50 Jesus, and one encounter suddenly can change the trajectory of your life. Lord,

8:58 today I pray in the name of Jesus, you will put that thirst

9:01 in each and everyone we're listening to have that encounter with you, that you

9:05 will speak to them, reach out to them. If they're like a Saul

9:09 going after worldly things, transform them and let them go into the destiny that

9:15 you have said for them, or if you're like the Saul going against your

9:18 will, your people killing you know of course, I'm sure you guys are

9:22 not killing anyone, but I'm just saying, you know, going against what

9:24 God has, the standard that God has, or going against or you're not

9:30 taking up the call that God has over your life. I pray that you

9:33 will have that moment with Jesus from being a guy who was just a serial

9:39 killer, he became a soul winner. You will also see the change and
