of people today are living in a place where they're like, you know what,

Yes, I know there are people suffering. They're going through hot times,

this persecution happening in some parts of the country or in different places in

the world, or people are going through hard moments and things like that.

But you know, I'm grateful, I'm glad that God has kept me in

a better place, and I am blessed and I don't have any complaints in

comparison to what other people are going through. You know, a lot of

people are living from a place where are like you know what, you know

what, I'm fine, and I'm in a safe place, and I'm just

grateful to God, and then you know, maybe pray for those people who

are suffering and just be in that place like that. You know, I

don't want to do anything within my capacity. I don't want to take any

trouble on myself. I don't want to put myself in danger. I don't

want to get into the rada of you know, the investigation and all of

the things that can come up if I open my mouth and all of these

things. I'll just pray silently. A lot of people today are in a

place where they just want to play it's safe. They just want to pray

silently. They just want to get to that place of like, you know,

I don't want to get into trouble. I want to sit in my

same comfort zones and just do whatever I can do. But can I tell

you something, guys, I want to talk to you today. From Esther

chapter four. You know, this was the word that the Lord was just

putting in my heart, and I thought, this is something that's so important

to remember. There was a moment when all the Jews were in trouble because

they're all going to be killed. And this is the message that is sent

to Esther, and at the moment when she's kind of like hesitating to go

forward. This is the message from the n LT version in verse thirteen of

Esther Chapter four, where Mordecai sent this reply to Esther. Don't think for

a moment that because you're in the palace, you will escape when all of

the Jews are killed. If you keep quiet at this time like this,

deliverance and relief for the Jews will arise from some other place, but you

and your relatives will die. Who knows if perhaps you were made queen for

just such a time as this. This is a scripture passage that so many

people quote, and so many of you may know this by heart, you

know, for such a time as this, and so on and so forth.

So you know, we understand that you know God has created you for

a purpose, for a reason, and so on and so forth. But

but I want you to understand the picture here. Yes, Yester is the

queen, but there is a lot of risk involve She has to intervene because

she understands that all the Jews are going to be in trouble, and at

this moment. She wants to play it safe, and and mordeca is giving

a strong message to her listen to this carefully. Yes, there's one part

where he says, you know, don't think that you're safe. Okay right

now, you may be safe, but God is going to show up in

some way or the other. But if you're going to be silent, it's

not going to be good for you. If you're going to be silent,

it's not going to be good for you. That's the paraphrase the message that

Mordecai was sending to Esther at that moment, because a lot of Christians today,

I just want to play it safe. They just want to be silent.

See, I understand everybody cannot do the same level of agree of things

that everybody somebody else can do, you know what I mean. Like,

for example, if you're really influential, you're in the political sphere, for

example, you maybe you will have an opportunity to maybe directly have a communication

with the you know, the head of the country for example. I'm just

saying, you know, or if you're into uh, you know, like

in the media industry, maybe you you have the influence or the opportunity to

use that to bring out really good content that will transform lives and make a

positive impact in the society. Uh. You know, you may say,

John, I don't have that level. But at least in some way,

maybe if you are in a position, maybe you're in your workplace, maybe

there's a team under you, even if it's just a team of ten people

under you, maybe you can bring out a positive impact or or a culture

in your own team where people are always saying you know what, yeah,

you know your team is really good to work with. You know, people

have a positive impact and and and maybe through that process you can you can

make a better friends in in the company that you're working or you know,

or eventually you know, make a positive difference everywhere you go. You know

what I mean, you know wherever God has placed you, guys, don't

just play it safe. Don't just play it safe. You know you are

there for such a time as this. You are here for such a time

as this, wherever God has placed you. If you are working, if

you're in school, if you're in college, if you're maybe apart from that,

you maybe in your neighborhood, there is something happening, maybe in your

community or maybe in your church, in the ministry, or maybe in any

circle or a club or whatever you're part of. Maybe you know, a

reading club or whatever it is, you're a coffee club or whatever. You

know, wherever you God has placed you. You know, don't just try

to play it safe all the time. Christians are known for playing it safe.

So many Christians today just want to play it safe. You know,

I don't want to get into trouble now. For example, one of the

things people who keep wanting me is John, you're in ministry, so keep

you know, keep them think down so you know, you know it's better

because you know, you don't want, you know, a persecuting government to

come and you know, like us start controlling and you know, checking what

you do and you know, start attacking you or something like Kenneth tell you

see, I understand I need to be wise. I need I look up

to the Lord and I pray God give me wisdom and I don't do something

stupid. But at the same time, I tell you, you know,

you can't play it safe, like, oh, you know what, I'm

just going to hide under the closet because I don't want it to get into

trouble. That's not the kind of life that we need to live. Esther

was willing to risk her life because she knew that was her call, that

was it. Maybe she was crowned the Queen. This is exactly what Watercay

says. This is another message altogether what I want to share. But Mothercay

is saying, you know, perhaps you a crown the queen just for this

one decision, just for this one act. Think about it, guys.

You're thinking, like you know, I want to play it safe my entire

life. What if that one thing that you stand up for, that one

thing that you're willing to risk, that one thing that God wants you to

do but you're not willing to do, that one thing can save the soul

so so many people, That one thing can have so much of a positive

impact for the Kingdom of God. What if that one thing can build the

Kingdom of God in a way that you never even imagine, so many people

perishing and going to eternal lake of fire. What if that one step of

faith that you take in what God wants you to do is going to change

so many people's destiny from going to hell to going to eternal life with Jesus.

Think about it. Think about it. Guys. It's enough of playing

it safe. Christines, it's enough of playing it safe. I'm telling you,

guys, it's enough. Lord. I pray against the spirit of complacency,

the spirit of playing its safe, the spirit of you know, just

want to live a mediocre, normal life in the comfort zones. Lord,

I break it in the name of Jesus Christ. I pray that you will

fill them with that spirit, fill them with a heart to be courageous to

step out into the fullness of what you have for them. Of God,

I give you the glory, the honor, and the praise. In Jesus
