Speaker 1: Do you ever look around and think, Wow, the world
Speaker 1: is a crazy place and it just seems to get
Speaker 1: crazier and crazier. Ease your mind and take a break.
Speaker 1: This is Fuel for the Soul with John Gifta. We're
Speaker 1: a hub for inspirational Christian sermons, practical keys for Christian living,
Speaker 1: and Christian discussions and interviews. You'll be inspired to live
Speaker 1: the life that you were created for. Your host is
Speaker 1: a top ranking podcaster, best selling author, world record holder,
Speaker 1: aerospace engineer, life coach, evangelist, and founder of John Gifta International.
Speaker 1: Welcome to Fuel for the Soul with John Gifta.
Speaker 2: Today. I want to add this a very important question
Speaker 2: that a lot of people ask. They say, John, I've
Speaker 2: been working really hard. I've been believing, stunning on the
Speaker 2: word that God has shown me the promises He has
Speaker 2: given me. I've been taking this steps of faith. I've
Speaker 2: been going the extra mile having the spirit of excellence.
Speaker 2: I've been taking courses. I've been really putting myself into it.
Speaker 2: I've been really praying that I would really see the miracle,
Speaker 2: the growth, the promotion, the elevation and helping me come
Speaker 2: out of the season of hiddenness into proximity, and no
Speaker 2: matter what I do, I just feel like I'm just
Speaker 2: hitting a wall. Nothing is working well. I want you
Speaker 2: to just hold your horses, because I'm going to talk
Speaker 2: about an important aspect. When you look at Loop chapter one,
Speaker 2: this is something many people neglect, but this has got
Speaker 2: my attention. It says in verse one on ards. Many
Speaker 2: people set out to write accounts about the events that
Speaker 2: I have been fulfilled among us. They use the high
Speaker 2: witness reports circulating among us from the early disciples and
Speaker 2: carefully investigating everything from the beginning. I also decided to
Speaker 2: write an accurate account for you, you own honorable tearf list.
Speaker 2: Now I want you to pay attention to this. This
Speaker 2: may feel like a very random passage I'm just reading,
Speaker 2: or a random verse, but I want you to understand
Speaker 2: what Luke is saying. He's saying many people set out
Speaker 2: to write the accounts or whatever happened. They noticed that
Speaker 2: something significant was happening. The son of the Living God,
Speaker 2: Jesus Christ died rose again. Some people believed in it,
Speaker 2: some people did not, because you see, even historians during
Speaker 2: the time mentioned about Jesus. So it was something notable, right,
Speaker 2: It was something that was credible and it was not
Speaker 2: something arbitrary, and so many people started writing accounts. And
Speaker 2: Luke is saying, even I decided to write after investigating carefully,
Speaker 2: I started writing from the beginning. Now this may feel
Speaker 2: like a random word from the Word of God, but
Speaker 2: I want you to pay attention to this. Right, like
Speaker 2: when we see in the Bible, we have the main
Speaker 2: four gospels, the Gospel according to Matthew, the Gospel according
Speaker 2: to Mark, the Gospel according to Luke, and the Gospel
Speaker 2: according to John, not John, if that's John, right, So
Speaker 2: there were four gospels that were recorded or canonized in
Speaker 2: the world of God. But here's the thing I out
Speaker 2: did to understand. If you go back in history, if
Speaker 2: you look at the accounts, there were so many gospels
Speaker 2: available about the life of Jesus. There were many gnostic
Speaker 2: gospels if you see, I think some records say around
Speaker 2: seventy two gospels where the Gospel according to Thomas, Gospel
Speaker 2: according to even Juda's Gospel according to Mary, and so
Speaker 2: on and so forth. It's just that when the Church
Speaker 2: council sat together and canonized the Bible, they chose only
Speaker 2: these four gospels. Okay, so these four were selected among
Speaker 2: the so many gospels that were available. Now, what is
Speaker 2: my point? My point is very simple. If you see
Speaker 2: the script says in First Corinthians, chapter nine, verse twenty four,
Speaker 2: don't you know that many runners run in a race,
Speaker 2: but only one gets the price. Run in such a
Speaker 2: way that you win. See, many people wrote, but Luke
Speaker 2: wrote in such a way that he was selected. Many
Speaker 2: people run, but only the one who runs in such
Speaker 2: a way that they win will end up getting a price. See.
Speaker 2: I've seen this in my own life, where there are
Speaker 2: so many podcasts out there. I don't know if you
Speaker 2: know this. I don't like to say this from a
Speaker 2: place of pride or something. I just shared it from
Speaker 2: a place of gratefulness and feeling hoverwhelmed by what the
Speaker 2: lot has been doing. Out of four million podcasts in
Speaker 2: the world, this podcast is among the top point four
Speaker 2: percent of all the podcasts. Right this podcast, Feel for
Speaker 2: the Soul with John Gifta has topped the charts, has
Speaker 2: been ranking regularly among different countries, among different platforms are
Speaker 2: around the world and especially even in India. It's been
Speaker 2: ranking consistently at number one spot on multiple platforms. Y's
Speaker 2: the thing I wanted to pay attention to right like,
Speaker 2: especially on the audio format. This has been ranking for
Speaker 2: several years. Now. Now here's the thing I want you
Speaker 2: to pay attention to. There are so many podcasts, over
Speaker 2: four million podcasts. But it's not just me saying like, okay,
Speaker 2: you know what, I just do whatever comes my way.
Speaker 2: I'll just you know, just be casual about the podcast
Speaker 2: and expect it to grow. No, the minute the podcast
Speaker 2: is something that I see the Lord is leading me to,
Speaker 2: I go the extra mile. I have the spirit of excellence.
Speaker 2: I keep praying, and I keep getting myself better and
Speaker 2: getting myself more polished, getting myself to the place where
Speaker 2: I say, God, I want to do this better than
Speaker 2: I did yesterday. I want to do each episode better
Speaker 2: than the previous one. And you know what happens. The
Speaker 2: Lord honors. And when you run in such a way
Speaker 2: that you win, what happens You start winning, You start
Speaker 2: winning the price, you start hitting the number one spot.
Speaker 2: The same thing with my books, especially my debut book
Speaker 2: that you can see over year Unreally Your Purpose, which
Speaker 2: became a number one best seller on Amazon. How do
Speaker 2: you hit the number one spot? You can't do that
Speaker 2: by just writing randomly. You got to be in a
Speaker 2: place where you say you write in such a way
Speaker 2: that you hit the number one. Luke wrote in such
Speaker 2: a way that among seventy two different gospels he was selected.
Speaker 2: So I'm asking you this question. You're praying for that miracle,
Speaker 2: you're praying for that breakthrough, You're praying for God to
Speaker 2: show up, You're praying for that thing to turn around
Speaker 2: in your life. But my question is are you taking
Speaker 2: the step to be prepared? Are you taking that step
Speaker 2: to say, you know what, I'm sure that I'm standing
Speaker 2: out from the rest of the people. I'm sure that
Speaker 2: I'm going the extra mile. I'm walking in my unique
Speaker 2: calling and purpose, putting myself in that space, in a
Speaker 2: place of advantage compack to other people. I'm not asking
Speaker 2: you to manipulate. I'm not asking you to take shortcuts.
Speaker 2: I'm not asking you to be obsessed forgetting the result. No,
Speaker 2: you be your best. Just say God, I want to
Speaker 2: honor you with this. I want to go the extra mile.
Speaker 2: I want to bless you with whatever you were placed
Speaker 2: in me. And when you do that, what happens is eventually,
Speaker 2: just like Luke was selected among so many gospels, the
Speaker 2: same way the Bible says that the one who ran
Speaker 2: in such a way that the one eventually got the
Speaker 2: price the same way among so many books, my book
Speaker 2: became our number one best seller. I want to tell
Speaker 2: you something, guys. The Lord can enable you to stand out.
Speaker 2: The Lord can enable you to go the extra mile.
Speaker 2: The Lord will bless you, he will honor you, and
Speaker 2: at the right time, you will say, look what the
Speaker 2: Lord has done. He turned things around, he shifted people across,
Speaker 2: and he helped me to step into the next level
Speaker 2: of my desk. I really challenge you to share this
Speaker 2: with someone and I will see you back very soon.
Speaker 2: God bless you.
