0:43 Welcome to Fuel for the Soul with John Gifta. A lot of people today are living under this pretext of fear, fear of Satan, fear of spiritual warfare. They're so scared, Oh my goodness, what if you know, the enemy attacks me. What if I go through this attack or this spiritual attack, and what if my life gets into a very messy state because the devil brings in all these things into my life. And you know, they're constantly living in that fear of the devil, you know what I mean. They don't have the fear of God, but they have the fear of the devil and the Lord was reminding me of this.

1:24 You know, the other day, I was ministering to people of different uh you know, sicknesses. There were some people who are getting healed, and there was one particular case which was also having a demonic aspect to it. And you know, immediately that that fear just s popped in, you know what I mean. You know, I prayed, I waited upon the Lord, and I was, you know, operating with the you know from the place where it was. It was the anointing of the Lord and all of these things. But that fear suddenly came.

1:54 You know, if you're trying to chase this devil, if you're praying over this, what if this devil comes, I can attacks you know, you and your family and you know stuff like that. So there's always this sense of that fear. The enemy wants to put you through so that you won't go and attack him, you know what I mean. He doesn't want you to, you know, be a threat to his kingdom. He wants you to just live a nominal, normal Christian life, a mediocre life. And I want to share a scripture with you, and I want to take this forward.

2:24 It is a moment in job there's a moment where, you know, the scripture starts off by sharing in chapter one of and verse one that this man was blameless and upright. This is from the n IVY version. Okay, that this man job was blameless and a pride, he feared God and shunned evil. You may be somebody who loves the Lord. You are blameless, You're you're upright. You you you fear the Lord. You're you're doing whatever you need to do. You're walking in accordance to his standard, of his word, his will and all of these things.

2:57 And there's a moment when you know, the enemy comes the same Satan comes to you know, the assembly in heaven, and he's challenging heart and say, because he's blessed, because he's having everything, uh, you know, accordingce to you know, the best way possible, the blessings of yours. That's why he's doing whatever. I mean, he's still you know, standing up to you, he's still you know, faithful to you. But the minute you know all of that is taken, he's going to curse you. He's going to just be like anybody else.

3:31 But but this is a moment when the Bible is so clear, uh, God is speaking to uh, you know, Satan, and he says, very well, then everything he has in your is in your power, but on the man himself, do not lay a finger. This is in verse twelve. Okay. So Satan went out and took out on Job's family, took out on Joe, you know, all of his live stock and everything. And again, you know, he a little later he loses everything. And again this time that the enemy comes back and he says, well, you know what, because he has good health, maybe things are fine, and that's the reason he's still holding on to you.

4:22 You know, he's still faithful to you. And again, you know, the scripture is very clear where the Lord said to say it in chapter two, verse two. Very well, then he is in your hands, but you must spare his life. Okay, So what you understand here is I'm just sticking to this verse to help you understand that whatever power the enemy had over Joe came from ultimately God's giving him the permission. What I wanted to understand this, no matter how much the enemy tries to attack you, no matter how many times the enemy tries to do different things to you know, make you go through hardships, you see, Christian life is not come to Jesus and you won't have any problems.

5:06 Okay, Christian life has come to Jesus and he will help you deal with your problems. Okay. You need to understand that if anybody preaches the gospel where they say you're not going to have any problems, I'm sorry, that's not real gospel. Jesus was very clear when he said, in this world you will have troubles. Right and because we are in the fallen world, the enemy is real, the spiritual warfare is real. But you don't have to get scared of it. You don't have to walk in that fear because you need to understand this important truth that when as a child of God, when you are operating from that realm where you understand that you have that power that race Christ from the dead, you don't have to fear the enemy because you have to understand even though he attacks you, he can never attack you beyond what God has ordained for him to.

5:56 Anything that he attacks is within the permise limits of God. Today, I want you to be rest assured that you know whatever you go through or gone through, it's all within the permissible limits of God. God is in control of your life. It is not gone beyond God's control. It will never go outside of God's control. God is still keeping things in his control even though the enemy is attacking. Even though this is something in like a challenge or a test, even though it's really hard and you feel like giving up.

6:30 I want you to understand this truth that you know what, You're still in the palm of God's sends. You're still his precious child. You may go through some tough times, you may go through some challenging moments because of the spiritual warfare, but keep fighting the good fight of faith, Keep trusting in the Lord, Keep looking up to the Lord, and say, God, you know what through you, I'm going to come out victorious because I know I'm more than a conqueror. I'm a victor and not a victim, and I know that I'm an overcomer in Jesus Mighty name, Amen God.

7:03 I pray for those who are going through spiritual warfare in their life. They're going through tough times, and I pray in the name of Jesus Christ that this word will encourage them.
