1:09 Speaker 2: to just share something very very important with the all

1:11 Speaker 2: of you today, even as you're stepping into Christmas and

1:14 Speaker 2: you're just saying, John, you know what I stepped into

1:16 Speaker 2: twenty twenty three with a lot of hope expectations. I

1:20 Speaker 2: thought God would do this in my life. I thought

1:22 Speaker 2: He would answer this prayer. I've been waiting for this

1:24 Speaker 2: miracle for a long period of time. So many days, weeks, months, years,

1:28 Speaker 2: and even decades have passed by, and I'm not seeing

1:31 Speaker 2: any progress. I'm not seeing my dreams come to pass.

1:34 Speaker 2: I'm not seeing these promises that God deposited in my

1:36 Speaker 2: spirit becoming a reality in my life. I'm not seeing

1:39 Speaker 2: those visions coming to pass in any way any form.

1:43 Speaker 2: I'm not getting the provision for the vision. I'm not

1:46 Speaker 2: getting the right people, the connections, the resources. I'm just

1:49 Speaker 2: waiting endlessly, and I don't know here I am at

1:52 Speaker 2: the end of twenty twenty three. You may be disappointed.

1:55 Speaker 2: You may be in a place where you're saying, John,

1:57 Speaker 2: people I see who I'm prayed for. People that you

2:00 Speaker 2: know who started off even later than we, They seem

2:04 Speaker 2: to be getting ahead of me, and I don't know

2:06 Speaker 2: what's going on. Well, I want to share something very

2:08 Speaker 2: important with you guys today. I believe that this is

2:11 Speaker 2: a word that's going to encourage you. It's going to

2:13 Speaker 2: help you understand that you know what the God we

2:16 Speaker 2: serve when we say that God, not my will, but

2:19 Speaker 2: let your will be done. When we say God, according

2:21 Speaker 2: to your will, let it should be done in my life.

2:24 Speaker 2: When we say that we are submitting ourselves to His

2:27 Speaker 2: plan over our life, you need to understand an important

2:29 Speaker 2: important thing, guys. Trusting God and trusting his will and

2:35 Speaker 2: trusting his plan includes trusting his timing. God's timing is

2:40 Speaker 2: different for different people. The way God does with somebody

2:43 Speaker 2: else is not the way God is going to do

2:45 Speaker 2: with you. Let me give you a classic example from

2:48 Speaker 2: Luke chapter one. When you look at Luke chapter one,

2:51 Speaker 2: it talks about two instances. One is talking about the

2:55 Speaker 2: birth of John the Baptist, not John Gifta. It's the

3:00 Speaker 2: Baptist and the birth of Jesus Christ. When you look

3:04 Speaker 2: at both the instances, there's something strikingly similar. You know

3:08 Speaker 2: what that is? When you look at both the instances,

3:12 Speaker 2: what is formed or what is happening is there's an

3:17 Speaker 2: angel that comes and says, you're gonna have this child.

3:20 Speaker 2: You know. When it comes to John the Baptist, an

3:23 Speaker 2: angel appears to Zachariah the Father and says, you know what,

3:28 Speaker 2: You're gonna have a child. And here's the thing I

3:31 Speaker 2: want you to understand, Zachariah is saying, how is this possible?

3:35 Speaker 2: And if you look at the same case in case

3:38 Speaker 2: of Mary, when she's still a virgin, she's yet to

3:42 Speaker 2: get married to Joseph, an angel comes and says, you're

3:45 Speaker 2: going to bear a child, and she says, how is

3:47 Speaker 2: this going to be possible? A striking similarity of the

3:50 Speaker 2: same case with regard to having a child. But what

3:54 Speaker 2: I want you to understand is in case of Zachariah

3:57 Speaker 2: and Elizabeth, the thing is that they were too old

4:01 Speaker 2: to have a child, whereas in case of Mary and Joseph.

4:06 Speaker 2: In this case, Joseph had not come into the scene,

4:09 Speaker 2: they're not yet officially got married, You're still a virgin.

4:13 Speaker 2: It seemed like she was too early to give a

4:16 Speaker 2: birth to a child. You get what I'm saying. You

4:18 Speaker 2: see the same case with regard to getting a child.

4:21 Speaker 2: One got it too late and the other is getting

4:24 Speaker 2: it too early. What I want you to understand is

4:27 Speaker 2: God's timing is different for different people. You cannot put

4:31 Speaker 2: a timeline and time frame and put it in the

4:34 Speaker 2: way the society expects and says, this is the time

4:36 Speaker 2: for you to get this, This is the time for

4:38 Speaker 2: you to get settled. This is the time for you

4:40 Speaker 2: to meet the right person. This is the time for

4:42 Speaker 2: you to get this done with. You need to be

4:45 Speaker 2: in this level in regard to your career. You have

4:48 Speaker 2: to get married, you have to have kids, you have

4:50 Speaker 2: to get your own job. You know, we look at

4:52 Speaker 2: society and think that everything should go like a timeline

4:55 Speaker 2: that is set by society. But I'm here to announce

4:58 Speaker 2: to you that God's time is different for different people.

5:01 Speaker 2: When you say that you trust God, and when you

5:04 Speaker 2: say that you trust his will and his plan over

5:06 Speaker 2: your life, you need to also come to the place

5:09 Speaker 2: of trusting his timing over your life. Zachariah, when you

5:16 Speaker 2: look at this, the scripture says in verse eighteen, Zachariah

5:20 Speaker 2: said to the angel, how can I be sure this

5:22 Speaker 2: will happen? I'm an old man now, and my wife

5:26 Speaker 2: is also well along in years. This is what Zachariah

5:29 Speaker 2: is saying. And when you look at verse number thirty four,

5:33 Speaker 2: Mary asks the angel, but how can this happen? I'm

5:36 Speaker 2: a virgin. This is the reminder for you guys that

5:39 Speaker 2: both are facing the same case. But you realize that

5:44 Speaker 2: one is too old and the others in the case

5:48 Speaker 2: it's happening too early. But that's when you understand that

5:52 Speaker 2: for somebody it may happen quicker than you think, because

5:55 Speaker 2: God's timing is different for them. But for somebody else

5:59 Speaker 2: it may happen late than you think. But the good

6:02 Speaker 2: news is that what God has promised over your life

6:05 Speaker 2: is going to happen, whether it's going to happen quicker

6:08 Speaker 2: like in the case of Mary. It's like, oh my gosh,

6:12 Speaker 2: this is so soon, this is so quick. This is

6:13 Speaker 2: not the time. Sometimes we think, you know, it can't

6:16 Speaker 2: happen so fast, or it could happen later, like in

6:20 Speaker 2: the case with Zachariah and Elizabeth. But whatever God's timing

6:24 Speaker 2: over your life is, can you say, God, not my

6:28 Speaker 2: will and not my timing, not the time said by

6:31 Speaker 2: the world or the standards of the world, or by

6:34 Speaker 2: society or by family. But by the time that you

6:37 Speaker 2: have ordained for my life, I submit to your timing.

6:41 Speaker 2: You know, I want to just close with this example.

6:43 Speaker 2: You know, I love the scripture. It says in Galatians

6:46 Speaker 2: four to four that at the right time God sent

6:52 Speaker 2: his son Jesus at the right time. See God's sending

6:56 Speaker 2: his son Jesus was a good thing. It was the

6:59 Speaker 2: best miracle that anybody could hope for the message of

7:03 Speaker 2: hope of salvation through Jesus Christ. But God did not

7:08 Speaker 2: send Jesus right after Adams said, He didn't send Jesus

7:12 Speaker 2: today like you know in two thousand AD. God sent

7:17 Speaker 2: his son Jesus exactly at the right time. You know

7:20 Speaker 2: what I want you to understand today is sometimes we think, oh,

7:23 Speaker 2: it's a miracle, it's something like a good thing. Why

7:27 Speaker 2: can't God do this quickly? If God blesses me soon,

7:30 Speaker 2: I will be able to be a greater blessing to

7:31 Speaker 2: more people. If God helps me to fund my vision,

7:35 Speaker 2: I will be a blessing to so many multitudes. Why

7:39 Speaker 2: can't God do it quickly? Well, that's why you say, God,

7:43 Speaker 2: not my will, not my way, not the way I

7:46 Speaker 2: think with my own mindset. But God, into your hands

7:50 Speaker 2: and I commit and I trust you with the timing

7:53 Speaker 2: that you have for me. God, I pray that this

7:56 Speaker 2: word will go afford and strengthen each one who is

7:58 Speaker 2: watching with this hope, knowing that God, you are faithful

8:03 Speaker 2: that the time that You've ordained for each and every

8:05 Speaker 2: one of them is going to come to pass. And

8:07 Speaker 2: I believe in the name of Jesus Christ, every promise

8:10 Speaker 2: that you're deposited in their spirit, every word that you

8:13 Speaker 2: have given them, is going to come to pass at

8:16 Speaker 2: your appointed time. We choose to trust you, we choose

8:19 Speaker 2: to depend on you, and we choose to look up

8:21 Speaker 2: to you and surrender to your will and your time

8:24 Speaker 2: over our life. In Jesus name, I pray, Amen, God

8:28 Speaker 2: bless you. I pray that this word would be a

8:30 Speaker 2: blessing to you guys. And I just want to take

8:32 Speaker 2: this time to wish you and your family once again

8:35 Speaker 2: a very blessed Christmas season, and I pray that the

8:39 Speaker 2: real meaning of Christmas, the birth of Jesus Christ coming
