0:54 about to share with you today may not be something new or spectacular or wow,

0:59 but the reminder because you know, sometimes when we go through our everyday

1:02 life, we just allow the world to speak over, as we allow social

1:06 media to speak over, as we look at our value of worth and everything

1:10 coming from what other people behave, to how they behave towards us, what

1:15 they say to us, or how social media the advertisement industry make you feel

1:19 like, you know what, somebody else may look more better than you and

1:23 you feel like, oh my gosh, I'm no match to them. I

1:26 am so unworthy and so much of all those negative thoughts. So many young

1:30 people today, so many people even in their fifties, and you know,

1:33 they so they just look down on themselves. They're not able to see themselves

1:38 as anything good because of these wrong thought processes that have been infiltrated through media,

1:46 through entertainment. Now, listen, I've shared this many times. You

1:49 know, I'm not against the antundainment industry. I'm not against media because I

1:53 want all of us to get to a place where you know, they can

1:57 be Christians rising in those industries, shining the light in the darkness. I'm

2:00 all in for all of that. But the truth is that a lot of

2:04 these industries, a lot of these advertisement films, a lot of them,

2:07 you know, use these subtle ways to bring about promoting their content, They

2:12 promoting their products, promoting their services, which can indirectly, in different ways,

2:17 affect you in your identity and if you are not solid or having a

2:23 solid foundation in whom God created you to be. So I want to share

2:30 a scripture and I want to take this forward. It is found in Isaiah

2:32 forty three, and I'm reading from the NLT version and it just popped up

2:38 to me, and I thought, you know what, this is something I

2:40 need to share. This was like something in my spirit, and I thought,

2:43 you know, I do believe that even though you can say, you

2:46 know what, I know, I'm a masterpiece. I'm fearfully and wonderfully made.

2:49 I'm a child of God. I am, you know, his most

2:52 prized possession. With These are scriptures that I keep quoting, and I know

2:54 that these are scriptures that you need to remember when you are dealing with an

2:58 identity crisis or any thing for that matter. You should know. These are

3:01 the truths from the Word of God. And this is something I wanted to

3:06 share. It says and worse four, you are precious to me. There

3:12 are so many things that the Lord is saying, but this is something that

3:15 really contmentation. You are precious to me. You know, I'll tell you

3:19 something. You guys know that I have a big collection of Scooby Doo memorabilia,

3:25 right I got into two international books of records. I've shared this a

3:29 couple of times in my episodes, and these collections are so precious to me.

3:35 You know, They're so dear to my heart. You know, I

3:37 just love to just look at them, you know, just you know,

3:40 like have them and then just hug them, and you know, you know,

3:45 like the photographers with them, and you know, keep them safe,

3:47 and you know they're so dear to me, They're so precious to me.

3:52 And you know, I'll tell me honestly, today you may be in a

3:54 place where you're saying, I don't know if God feels like that about me,

3:59 John, Can I tell you something. In spite of your mistakes,

4:01 in spite of your shortcomings, in spite of your weaknesses, in spite of

4:05 all the things that you're still struggling with, in spite of the addictions,

4:09 the strongholds, the secret sense that you're dealing with, you may feel unworthy.

4:13 You may look at somebody else and say, they're looking so good in

4:15 comparison to me. I don't see anything good about me that I'm there to

4:17 tell you you are precious to God. You are precious to God. And

4:25 I want you to picture yourself being hugged by the creator of the universe.

4:29 He's hugging you, he's cuddling you, he's just giving your kisses, and

4:33 he's just saying, you know what, I love you so much. I

4:38 love you so much. You know, like a like a parent, you

4:41 know, hugging their little kid. I've seen this time and time and again.

4:45 You know, they'll say, oh my god, this is my little

4:46 kid. I'm so awesome, and you know, they feel so good and

4:49 then they just keep hugging and playing with a kid because you know that kid

4:55 is precious to their parents. In my home, we have a pet dog

5:00 and you know, I see, I mean she's with us all the time.

5:03 And but in spite of that, every time, every day, you

5:08 know, it's just like so wow, look at her, she's so good.

5:12 Look at me she's sitting. Look at the way she's coming and looking

5:14 you know, you know, like why because she's precious to us. Yes,

5:17 she has done there's a million times. She keeps doing it every single

5:19 day. She jumps on us and you know all of this stuff. But

5:23 you know what, because she is precious to us. Yes, she has

5:27 shortcomings, Yes, you know we want her to you know, do certain

5:30 things, and sometimes she can be very destructive. She can you know,

5:33 mess up a lot of things. So you know, she has her shortcomings,

5:38 but she's still precious to us. Right, that's the same thing.

5:42 You have your shortcomings, we are we are still dealing with sin because we

5:46 are in the fallen nature of man. We do have our issues, but

5:48 God says you are precious to me. Today, I want you to understand,

5:55 let go of what the world is saying. Let go of what the

5:58 advertisement industry is saying. Let go of what the entertainment industry or you know,

6:03 Hollywood or Bollywood is saying. Because what matters is what the one who

6:06 died for you on a piece of wood is saying. He's saying, you

6:10 know what, I love you so much. You are precious to me.

6:13 You are my masterpiece. You are fearfully and wonderfully made. You are my

6:16 most prized possession. When you stand firm and say you know what, I'm

6:21 not going to allow the world to infiltrate my mind to understand, to make

6:26 me believe that my worth is not so good in comparison to somebody else.

6:30 I'm going to choose to believe by faith. I am precious, I am

6:36 dear to the Lord. And I want you to understand, when you are

6:40 secured in knowing this, you'll be able to defeat the thing staining me throws

6:46 at you identity crisis or low self esteem or insecurity, all of those that

6:53 will just melt like facts on a hot day when you know how precious you

6:57 are to the Lord a man, God bless you. You've been listening to
