0:44 Speaker 2: Hell Everyone, Welcome to this edition of the Fuel for the Soul with John gift podcast. You may be in a place in your life where you're saying, John, you know what, four months of this year are done. I was spraying that this year would be my year. Maybe God would show up in an area of my life, a breakthrough, a miracle at Jinujo job, or maybe you've been praying that God will give you a job. Maybe you've been praying for a job for a long period of time, or maybe you're single for a long time and you've been praying that a lot will bring the right person into your life.

1:09 Speaker 2: But I want to tell you something here, right like, even if you feel like you have stepped into the new month and nothing seems to have changed, I want you to hold down. I want you to just never give up, because we serve a God who's a faithful god. He is a god of know like you know, like a god of miracles, who can show up in moments that you never expect at all. See. One of the things about this day in particular is that if you're like me who's politically driven, like allowed to check out or not just check out, or be involved in politics, but also you know, I have a heart that you know, we don't just complain about the common policies, but we have to be involved.

1:52 Speaker 2: We need to intercede, we need to pray, we need to do our part. And today, especially if you're in India, because a lot of you listen to me from India, today happened to be the results in many of the states. We had these state election results that came out high stakes and may of you listening, maybe some of you are happy about the results. You are happy and grateful the person that you are hoping for this got the you know the victory. You're happy about it. I'm rejoicing with you. But then maybe those who are listening and saying, John, you know what, I'm disappointed.

2:26 Speaker 2: I did not expect this output. I did not think God, would you know. I love this outcome to come out. But can I tell you something right? You may be disappointed, you may be hurt, and that this is a message I want to just share with you one of my scriptures that I keep going back to John, Chapter thirteen, verse seven. Jesus replied, and Jesus said, now, you don't realize it, but one day you will understand. I'm paraphrasing different translations. It says this, you do not realize now what I'm doing, but later you will understand.

2:59 Speaker 2: I tell you something. You may be in a season in your life and you're saying, John, I don't understand why we prayed, we fasted. I took the step, and you did not see the kind of results you were hoping for. I mean, it may not be elections directly, but maybe some other area. You've been praying that a lot will bring the right person into your life, but you're entering into scams of the scams or negative daily things or closed doors or people walking out, rejections and you know, heartbreaks. You're going through all of the negative things when and things are just not working out.

3:30 Speaker 2: This season of delay seems to like, oh my gosh, this is never ending. There seems to be no change in the outside. There's no change visible, and I'm not understand when God is going to show up in my life. You know, tell you something today, guys, even in the midst of this one more thing I was reminded today is you know, the fourth of me. And you know, those who check out this pop culture reference of star Wars or Star Wars, they people say, you know, may the Fourth be with you, May the Force be with you, or in other words, with the first Man and the fire be with you.

4:03 Speaker 2: You know what, you have to understand this important truth, guys, even though you're going through this stuff time, even though you don't understand why the miracle does not come through. You don't understand the delay, you don't understand the close to You don't understand the reason for the loss. You don't understand why. You know, despite all of the efforts, it feels like everything went to nothing. Can I tell you something in the midst of this. You're not by yourself. You're not alone. God is with you.

4:30 Speaker 2: God is in control. God is backing you up. And when you know that God is on your side, it doesn't matter who's against you, even if you're like, oh my God, John, I'm so scared because a government that is persecuting believers has come to power, and I know that the persecution might increase more. Can I tell you something in the midst of the persecution? The scripture talks about how the children of incident multiplied in the midst of persecution. I want to pray and release this over you, guys that if you're in the sea, or if you're in a place where you're governed by persecuting gangs, you're governed by leaders of persecution.

5:07 Speaker 2: Can I tell you something in the midst of the persecution, the Church will arise, in the midst of the negativity, God is going to show in the midst of darkness, light will prevail. And I want to release this over you, and I want you to remember that you're not by yourself, because the one who's going, you know, to be with you in the fire. He is the fourth man in the fire. And when you have him with you, you're going to come out victorious. In Jesus Martina. Today you are saying, I don't understand why all of this.

5:38 Speaker 2: I don't understand the results. I don't understand the troubles, I don't understand the heartbreak. Can I tell you something you may not understand now, but one day you'll look back and say, now I understand why God allow this to happen. Now I understand why this did not work out the way I expected. Can I tell you something I want to close with this. I know you might have heard the scripture so many times. Romans eight says that all things work together for good to them that love the Lord, and I called according to His purpose.

6:07 Speaker 2: When you are making that commitment to walk in accordance to your purpose that God has ordained for you, when you love the Lord, I want to tell you this, that all things, whether things look good or they don't look good, where things are fine or they're not fine, when things are the way it's supposed to be, or they're not the way it's supposed to be. But in the midst of all of that, in the midst of the fire, in the midst of the rain, in the midst of the storm, in the midst of the trouble, you can be assured that the God who has led you thus far, he is faithful.

6:37 Speaker 2: He is with you in the fire, and He's not only going to be with you in the fire, but it's going to help you come out better off than you were before. You're going to come out without the smell of smoke. And when you come out, you will look back and say, now I understand why God I love this to happen in my life. Now I look back and realize why God I love this. Even though it was heard, even though it was unfair, God allowed it for a purpose in my life. Think about it. I just want to close with this example.

7:09 Speaker 2: Because many of you checked out my content on a regular basis from different places, you might have heard this that last year. At one point there was a huge financial loss that I had to go through and it was very, very hard. And because of this reason, a few months later, I had plans of visiting different nations. I've shared this with you guys, that I traveled and ministered. That's my heart. I want to travel and preach the Word, and you know that's been my heart and everything came to a standstill.

7:41 Speaker 2: Despite getting the visa and all of that, I'm like, oh my gosh, everything just came to a standstill. And at that moment when I was like, oh my gosh, what is happening, I suddenly, you know, like there was a mass lay off that happened in the organization, and I was like, oh my gosh, so much of uncertainty. I didn't understand what was happening. God, Why one after another? It didn't make sense. But I was glad a little later that one of the main programs for which I had to attend, a program that I had to travel to another nation, you know, Like I was like, God, you know, and give me a sign that I should go or make this way so that I will be able to take a step of faith.

8:21 Speaker 2: And it just did not happen. I didn't understand why God did not allow that to happen. And can I tell you something. Two days before that conference or the main program that I was supposed to attend and then later Minister, that entire thing got canceled because of you know, a lot of political unders that happened in the country in the last minute. At that moment, I realized that, you know what, God closed these doors. God made sure that I didn't have enough finance. I didn't have enough I mean, I didn't have the job stability.

8:54 Speaker 2: I didn't have any of these things. Because if I had any of these, I would have gone and I would have got stranded in this country at a moment of chaos. But God protected me from everything because of his faithfulness. See like this, One day you look back and say, this is why God closed that door. This is why God allowed me to go through this. This is why God prepared me. Because I went through that financial loss, I was better prepared when the job loss happened because I was financially in a position where I had saved enough over the last couple of months before.

9:30 Speaker 2: Between the financial laws and the job loss. You get what I'm saying. Like that, God prepares you in the midst of undesirable trouble. You get know what I'm saying. You may not understand why this trouble, but if that hadn't happen, I wouldn't have been ready to handle this. If this hadn't happened, you would all missed something worse. You might have got stranded, something worse, could have happened. So today, instead of crying about what didn't happen or what happened, why didn't you trust and trust the Lord and say God, I choose to trust you in the mist.
