1:03 Speaker 2: at our life, we look at our circumstances. We look

1:06 Speaker 2: at the things that are coming against we look at

1:08 Speaker 2: the opposition, we look at disadvantages, we look at all

1:11 Speaker 2: the odds being against us, and we're looking at all

1:13 Speaker 2: of the negative things and look at us that saying,

1:17 Speaker 2: oh my goodness, because of this. There is a problem

1:20 Speaker 2: because of this. You know, I am not able to

1:23 Speaker 2: reach my full potential because of this. I'm not able

1:25 Speaker 2: to see my business or my ministry grow because of this.

1:28 Speaker 3: You know, this is.

1:30 Speaker 2: Actually working against me, or working against my calling, against

1:34 Speaker 2: my purpose, against the ministry, against the church, against the community,

1:37 Speaker 2: against the business, against my relationship, whatever you feel like.

1:42 Speaker 2: This is a word I believe is going to really

1:43 Speaker 2: really help you understand a very very important perspective.

1:56 Speaker 2: apostile policying, and I want you to know, my dear

1:59 Speaker 2: brothers insists is that everything that has happened to me

2:02 Speaker 2: here has helped to spread the good news. Look at this,

2:06 Speaker 2: he says, everything that happened to me has helped to

2:12 Speaker 2: spread the good news. For everyone here, including the whole

2:16 Speaker 2: palace guard, knows that I'm in change because of Christ,

2:21 Speaker 2: he says. Everyone here knows that I'm in change because

2:24 Speaker 2: of Christ. And because of my imprisonment, most of the

2:27 Speaker 2: believers here, I've gained confidence and boldly speak God's message

2:33 Speaker 2: without fear. Now, look at this very very very important thing.

2:36 Speaker 2: The opposed Paul here wants to go and preach the

2:39 Speaker 2: gospel without a doubt, and here is imprisoned and he's

2:42 Speaker 2: in change because of preaching the gospel. Right now, it

2:46 Speaker 2: seems like an un unfair thing. He wants to preach

2:48 Speaker 2: the gospel. He wants to go and tell others about Christ,

2:51 Speaker 2: and he wants to do the right thing, the will

2:54 Speaker 2: of God, the ultimate plan of salvation to be told

2:57 Speaker 2: to the hints of the earth. But he's now in chains.

3:01 Speaker 2: It seems like a bad thing. It's like a set back.

3:04 Speaker 2: It's like, you know, it's like a limiting factor. But

3:07 Speaker 2: here he says, because I'm in chain, because I'm in imprisonment,

3:13 Speaker 2: most of the believers here are gained confidence and boldly

3:16 Speaker 2: speak God's message without fear.

3:18 Speaker 3: Look at this.

3:19 Speaker 2: If the apostle Paul was not in chain, he would

3:23 Speaker 2: be the only one preaching okay. He has one man

3:26 Speaker 2: show going around preaching okay, And the others would still

3:32 Speaker 2: mind their own work, and they would still be in fear.

3:35 Speaker 2: They would be like, oh, you know what, Apostle Paul,

3:36 Speaker 2: he can preach. I can't preach, but because of his imprisonment,

3:42 Speaker 2: there were many others who were doing the work on

3:45 Speaker 2: behalf of Apostle Paul. Are you getting what I'm saying? See,

3:48 Speaker 2: the Apostle Paul was feeling like a disadvantage or a limitation,

3:53 Speaker 2: a chain imprisonment, but that actually helped in other people.

4:00 Speaker 2: Are more people going around preaching the gospel instead of

4:03 Speaker 2: being a one man show. It ends up becoming more

4:06 Speaker 2: people going and preaching the gospel with boldness and confidence.

4:09 Speaker 3: You get what I'm saying.

4:10 Speaker 2: See, that's the thing I want you to understand your

4:12 Speaker 2: scenes of God, that you know, what you look at

4:15 Speaker 2: as a disadvantage, what you look as a limiting factor.

4:18 Speaker 2: God is able to raise other factors or other things

4:23 Speaker 2: to super exceed and get.

4:26 Speaker 3: His job done. That's what I want you to understand.

4:28 Speaker 2: You know. Sometimes I've seen in my own life sometimes,

4:31 Speaker 2: you know, just to let you know, I work in

4:34 Speaker 2: a full time corporate job and I run the ministry.

4:37 Speaker 2: I have the daily podcast, I have the Christian YouTube channel,

4:41 Speaker 2: I have the social media ministry. I go around preaching,

4:44 Speaker 2: you know, whenever I'm invited to do that. There's a

4:47 Speaker 2: disclaimer if you want to invite me to preach, I'm

4:49 Speaker 2: always welcome. And at the same time, I also have

4:52 Speaker 2: a motivational podcast on the other hand. So here's the

4:56 Speaker 2: thing I want you to understand, right, Like so many things,

4:59 Speaker 2: and there are times there are people I know who

5:01 Speaker 2: actually don't follow my content, they don't follow my ministry,

5:05 Speaker 2: and they don't listen to every message or every episode

5:09 Speaker 2: or anything like that. But they always say this to me, John,

5:12 Speaker 2: I always admire your consistency, or I'm really inspired by

5:15 Speaker 2: the work.

5:15 Speaker 3: That you do. How do you manage this? They don't.

5:18 Speaker 2: They don't, they're not you know, like it's not the

5:22 Speaker 2: message I preach that truands that inspires them. It's not

5:26 Speaker 2: the it's not my sermon a sermon or you know,

5:30 Speaker 2: like like anything that I do, it's not my content

5:34 Speaker 2: that's making a difference in their life. But how I'm

5:37 Speaker 2: able to manage or just inspired by my story, you know,

5:41 Speaker 2: they're like inspired, you know, you get what I'm saying, Like,

5:44 Speaker 2: like I want you to understand your right, Like sometimes

5:48 Speaker 2: indirect way of of how God is going to use

5:52 Speaker 2: your story is how it's going to be a greater blessing.

5:56 Speaker 2: Like like sometimes we want God to do it like,

5:58 Speaker 2: you know, a direct fashion, but sometimes God is an

6:01 Speaker 2: expert in using indirect fashion to get the greatest job done. Now,

6:06 Speaker 2: if the apostle Paul was free to go preach the gospel,

6:09 Speaker 2: God could have, you know, set him free, you know,

6:12 Speaker 2: in a miracless way, like he said, Peter free and

6:14 Speaker 2: all of that. He could have done that, and maybe

6:17 Speaker 2: he would have gone around preaching and people would have

6:19 Speaker 2: been amazed, and people will be listening to the apostle Paul.

6:22 Speaker 2: But you know, in this way, you see the fact

6:25 Speaker 2: that he was in imprisonment, the fact that he was

6:27 Speaker 2: in chains, was what actually propelled more people to go

6:30 Speaker 2: and preach the gospel. So the set back actually helped

6:34 Speaker 2: in becoming a set up for the preaching of the gospel.

6:38 Speaker 2: So the thing that's a disadvantage for you, the change

6:41 Speaker 2: that you're dealing with, the opposition you're dealing with, that

6:45 Speaker 2: is going to be a greater testimony for you. You know,

6:48 Speaker 2: many times in my life, I'm like, I wish if

6:50 Speaker 2: this one area was solved, or you know, I wish

6:52 Speaker 2: if I had more support, or you know, I would

6:54 Speaker 2: have you know, like this, this kind of an opportunity

6:58 Speaker 2: or you know, so many times I would feel, but

7:00 Speaker 2: I come back to this, I'm glad I don't have that.

7:02 Speaker 2: I'm glad I don't have you know, that much of

7:05 Speaker 2: support I have this opposition, or I'm glad I have

7:08 Speaker 2: these changes limiting and all these factors that are against me,

7:11 Speaker 2: because that inspires people more like oh my gosh, you're

7:16 Speaker 2: working a full time job and still run the ministry.

7:19 Speaker 3: You're still being consistent.

7:21 Speaker 2: That inspires them more then you know, sometimes people just

7:26 Speaker 2: saying like, oh, you know, oh you have all the

7:28 Speaker 2: time in the world.

7:29 Speaker 3: That's how you're doing what you're doing, you know what

7:30 Speaker 3: I mean.

7:31 Speaker 2: So that's a challenge I want to leave with all

7:33 Speaker 2: of you in this segment that you know, instead of

7:35 Speaker 2: looking at your setbacks and disappointments and hurts and all

7:39 Speaker 2: of those as a negative, think think of how God

7:42 Speaker 2: is able to use that to be a greater blessing

7:45 Speaker 2: to build His kingdom in a real life.
