0:53 to start off by shouting a scripture with you, and I want to take

0:55 this forward. And it is found in Isaiah sixty two with six ends seven

1:00 and I'm reading from the Good News translation, and this is what it says,

1:03 part B of verse six Isaiah sixty two. This is what it says.

1:10 They must never be silent day or night. They must remind the Lord

1:17 of his promises and never let him forget them. Isn't that something so awesome?

1:23 Remind the Lord of his promises? And verse seven says give him no

1:30 rest till he establishes Jerusalem and makes her the praise of the earth. I

1:37 want you to understand something here, guys. Yes, you're waiting on God

1:41 to show up in your life. You are waiting on the Lord to intervene,

1:45 maybe for a breakthrough, a miracle, maybe in some area of your

1:49 life you need an answer. Maybe you're just feeling like, oh my gosh,

1:52 this is just going on and on. It could be something with regard

1:55 to the calling upon your life. It could be your ministry, or maybe

1:59 when will your business takeoff? Or maybe when will you see a financial stability,

2:04 Or it could be a loud one that needs to get saved, Or

2:07 it could be anything that you've been praying about, maybe an answer in your

2:10 area of a relationship, or maybe you've been praying for a career more or

2:15 just your dreams or the purpose that God has called you to step into.

2:21 And whatever it is, you know, it's one thing to just be still.

2:24 Yes, I understand there's a place where you just be still and wait

2:28 for the Law to do and it's how ultimately the Lord who does it.

2:30 But here's the principle that the scriptures sharing with us that you know remind the

2:35 Lord of his promises and be not silent till he makes them come to pass.

2:39 And you know, in other words, you know, for you to

2:44 go through that season. Right, it's not that God has forgotten his promises,

2:47 right, it's it's it's stupidity to everything. Because God has promised in

2:53 his word it you know, heaven and that will fade away, but his

2:54 word will remain forever. Every promise he has given you as yes and amen

2:59 in Christ Jesus, and he has a way of making them all come to

3:01 pass, and there is no doubt about it. But when you talk about

3:05 reminding God of his promises, it's it's like, you know, I'm reminded

3:08 of a little kid telling that his or her dad. You know, you

3:14 told me you'll get me this. You told me you'll get me this.

3:15 You teld me you'll get me this. What does that show? That shows

3:19 that the kid has faith in the kid's dad saying, you know what you

3:23 told me this, so I want this, you know you know what I

3:27 mean? Kind of her relationship that or the bond that is formed between the

3:31 child and the dad. And that's the kind of a picture you see here

3:36 where it says, you know, reminding God night and day saying God,

3:39 you know what you promised me. You know that no good thing will lie

3:43 with the old them that walk up rightly. So I'm praying that you would

3:47 give me this gift that I've been praying about. You know it's a good

3:51 thing. Or you. You said in your word that you'll meet my needs.

3:53 You said in your word that you know it's not good for me to

3:58 be alone. You said in your word you know you will establish my steps.

4:01 You said in your word that you'll take me from glory to glory.

4:05 You know in every detail whatever you've been praying about, in any area that

4:10 you've been asking the Lord to show up and show out in your life.

4:13 Today, I'm asking you to don't just be silent and you know just you

4:16 know, complain or just live through life. You know, one of the

4:19 best things you can do for you to pass that time waiting period is to

4:25 remind God and say, God, you know you promise me this. This

4:28 is what I'm standing on and it shows God that you still trust him.

4:31 It shows God that you have the faith. And also remember when you're reminding

4:35 God, what are you doing, You're going back to the word right because

4:39 you're saying you know, God, this is what your word says. And

4:42 I'm standing on your word and the word. The Bible says that the word

4:46 of God is so powerful that it will not go in vain. It will

4:48 accomplish the task for which it was sent. So you are going back to

4:53 the word and reminding God based on this word. See, guys, I

4:56 wanted to understand. That's the power of the world that you and I have.

5:00 Every time you decree, every time you declare, every time you open

5:02 my mouth and say, you know what, God, this is what your

5:04 word says. This is the promise you deposited in my heart. This is

5:09 the you know, this kind of firm feeling in my spirit that I know,

5:14 and I know without a shadow of a doubt, this is what you

5:15 have spoken over me. What are you doing. You're going back to that

5:18 word. Whether it's a Logos word that you received, or maybe it is

5:23 a Rema word that you received, but you're reminding God of his word,

5:27 reminding him of his promises. You're standing on it day in and day out.

5:30 And I want you to understand that God is going to look up and

5:32 say, you know what, Yes, isn't that what I promised you?

5:36 I'm going to give it to you at the right a point in time.

5:40 But at the same time you will be able to pass through that waiting period

5:44 without hope and expectation. Pass through the waiting period, you know, one

5:47 of the things for reminding God of his promises. You need to know the

5:51 promises of God. Right, that's the thing. You know, when you

5:56 take time to feed on the word and receive that promise and receive you know,

6:01 the word, whether it's a logos or a rama word, spending time

6:04 at the feet of the Lord, then you will be able to come to

6:08 that place where you can remind him of that promise. You get what I'm

6:12 saying. So today my challenge is get to that place. First of all,

6:15 you know, spend time with the Lord to get that word, whether

6:18 it's a rama word, spoken word from God or if it's a logos word

6:23 that a Lord just points out from the Bible or whatever it is that jumps

6:27 into your spirit. So you know, get into that place where you receive

6:30 that word from the Lord, and then what you do remind him of it

6:33 day in and day out. Just say God, you know what, this

6:35 is what your word says, this is what I'm standing on I'm not looking

6:39 at my circumstance. I'm not looking at how the reality looks like. I'm

6:42 not looking at what people are saying. I am standing on your word,

6:46 and I believe in, decree and declare. As you look up to the

6:48 Lord, as you put your trust, hope, and reliance upon the word

6:51 of the Living God, his word will never go in whin. He will

6:56 accomplish everything he has promised. And just like He did for Abraham and set

7:00 off, the Bible says beautifully in the Book of Fight the Genesis that you

7:03 know at the right a point in time God came and did everything exactly as

7:09 he promised, and He will do exactly how he promised in your life,

7:13 and you will be like amazed at what He is doing. Amma, God
