0:53 the things that make a lot of people go to this place of fear over

0:57 the future, of worry, anxiety over how things are going to play out

1:02 in their life. They're constantly in the place of panic and they're like,

1:06 oh my goodness, John, I don't understand how it's all going to work

1:08 out. I don't know how I'm going to manage through make it through life.

1:14 You know, the economy is so uncertain, My job situation is just

1:19 on troubled waters, or you may be saying, John, the relationship is

1:23 torn out into pieces. I'm not sure how everything is going to play out.

1:26 You know, life as a whole. We see the whole world in

1:30 so much of turmoil, so much of you know, uncertainty, and so

1:34 many negative things happening. I'm not sure how it's all going to work out.

1:38 And from a place where people have that fear, you could be that

1:41 somebody listening to me saying, John, you know what, I'm worried.

1:44 I'm anxious. Maybe you're waiting upon God maybe to bring the right job across

1:49 your path, maybe a source of income, maybe a financial breakthrough. Maybe

1:53 you're struggling to pay your bills. Maybe you're in a place where you are

1:56 having a job, but you're wondering, what if I lose my job or

2:00 something negative happens. What if some you know, everything seems to be so

2:02 uncertain people just you know, in a natural or in just a jiffy,

2:07 they lose their jobs, or some people, you know, suddenly they lose

2:12 a love word or suddenly you know, one natural calamity, you know,

2:16 and people lose everything, And you may be in a place of uncertainty with

2:22 regard to your life, where you have so much of fear, so much

2:24 of worry and sleepless nights and wondering and trying to come in terms with how

2:30 you're going to make it through life. Well, I want to tell you

2:34 something, guys, from the Word of God. I want to share something

2:38 very, very powerful that was constantly ringing in my spirit. And I believe

2:42 this word will go forth and be a blessing to you in the name of

2:45 Jesus Christ, First Kings, chapter seventeen, and I'm talking to you from

2:51 words two to sixteen. This is a moment when God is speaking to Prophet

2:54 Elijah. I want you to understand, the same God of Prophet Elijah is

3:00 the same God of you and I. The same God who did miracles in

3:04 the Old Testament times is the same God today, the same God who did

3:07 wonders in the past, the same God of mighty men and women of God,

3:13 the mighty prophets of God, the mighty apostles of God. I'm here

3:16 to announced to you you as a child of God. You have to understand

3:21 that same God is the same powerful God today. And I want you to

3:27 understand something very powerful. There's a moment when there's a draft in the land,

3:34 and it's needless to say that there's so much of turmoil all over you

3:38 know, today people are saying, you know, the war going on in

3:43 some regions of the world. There is a lot of dictatorships in so many

3:49 countries, even though they call it democracies, there's a lot of dictatorships happening.

3:53 There's so much of control and so much of in a persecution Christians are

3:59 undergoing, and so much happening all over the place. And I'm not I'm

4:02 not asking you to, you know, come to a place where you're saying,

4:05 you know, there's no troubles, no whatsoever. That's not what That's

4:09 not the gospel, right, you know, even though some people say,

4:12 if you're truly said you won't having trouble, that that's not the gospel.

4:15 The gospel is very clear. Jesus said, in this world you will have

4:18 troubles. We will definitely face troubles. We will definitely face struggles. But

4:23 the but the good news is true, it will be a victor's We are

4:27 more than conquerors. We are we are overcomers because we have Jesus Christ.

4:31 Right. But the thing is this, in this draft, the Lord is

4:35 giving this word to Elijah, okay, and he's saying, I want to.

4:41 First of all, he tells Elijah, I want you to go to

4:45 this brook called Caret. Some translations used the word caret kr IDs, some

4:50 cons calling it that shared it um, whatever it is, you know,

4:55 to go to that place, and this is what I loved. Okay.

4:58 If you look at the NIV version, it says God is saying, I

5:02 have, you know, directed the ravens to feed you. Okay. I

5:10 have directed the ravens to feed you. Okay. If you look at the

5:15 NULTY version, it says I have commanded the ravens to feed you. Okay.

5:21 Now I want you to also hold your horses. When you look at

5:25 the Message version, it says, I have ordered the ravens to feed you.

5:30 Keep in mind these words. Okay, God has directed. God has

5:34 commanded. God has ordered the ravens to feed you. Now. A little

5:40 later, the brook dries up, and this time the Lord speaks to him.

5:45 If you look at you know, Worse seven to nine on Worse.

5:47 Around that time, the Lord is saying, I go, I want you

5:50 to get up and go to Zarah faith in Sidom. And this is what

5:55 I want you to understand. If you look at again, the NIV version

5:59 says I have directed a woman, a widow to feed you. If you

6:05 look at the Nulty version, it says I have commanded the widow to feed

6:12 you. And if you look at the Message versions, it says I have

6:15 instructed a woman to feed you. I want you to just pay attention to

6:21 this. You know a lot of people are living from a place of lack

6:26 and uncertainty. How am I going to make it through? How am I

6:29 going to feed myself? How am I going to pay my bills? How

6:32 am I going to manage through? You're trying to go from a place of

6:35 lack. You're trying to go from a place where you think you're the one

6:39 holding your life, you're the one running your life. But I'm here to

6:43 remind you of something very powerful here. You see, God is saying,

6:46 I have directed the ravens to feed you. I have directed the widow to

6:53 feed you. I have ordered the ravens to feed you. I have commanded

7:00 the woman to feed you. I want to get hold of these words.

7:06 Guys. It's like, just imagine if if in a quote scenario, right

7:13 when when the judge makes an order and says, you know, I order

7:16 this person to pay this fine, that person has to pay the fine,

7:19 no matter what right they have to do it, if it is ordered by

7:24 the judge. I wanted understand, it has to be done right. They

7:29 cannot escape, they cannot run away from it. They have to pay otherwise

7:32 they're gonna they'll they be put in prison and then they'll have to work for

7:36 it and pay. You know, some of the way or the other.

7:39 The person has to pay because when you are ordered to pray, pay,

7:43 you have to pay. If that's the case with an earthly judge, how

7:46 much more with the just, just God, the judge of Harman, when

7:53 he orders. That's what I wanted to understand. God is commanded or ordered

7:59 or the right did the right source to feed you, the right doors to

8:03 open for you, the right job to take you in, the right person

8:09 to accept you, the right things to come in and give you the opportunity.

8:13 I want you to understand you are not the one running your life.

8:18 God is when you understand with all your heart, with all your mind,

8:24 with all your soul, that you are not the one trying to you know,

8:28 look for food. You are not the one trying to look forwards things.

8:33 See, I'm not asking you to be complacent and lazy. That's another

8:35 message altogether. But I'm saying you don't have to be worried and worked up

8:39 because we serve a God who has commanded the right people to show up in

8:46 your life. He has ordered the steps of the not only the righteous,

8:50 but he has also ordered the other people who have to come into your life,

8:54 who have to spice things in your life, who have to come and

8:58 be a blessed saying, and to be the source for you through which God

9:03 is going to bless you. Are you able to get to what I'm saying

9:09 today? I want you to let this be the reality of your life.

9:15 I want you to make this you know, a you know, into your

9:20 spirit. I pray that this word gets into your spirit where you understand,

9:24 like you know, when when somebody instructs, when a teacher instructs the child,

9:30 you know, I want you to do this. You know, the

9:33 teacher will also make sure that the child has done it right. He will

9:37 instruct or she will instruct, and she will check, hey did you do

9:41 this? Why didn't you do this? I asked you to do this?

9:45 Did you understand what I'm saying? Where the word instruct comes, you get

9:48 what I'm saying, I want even understand. That's the way God is going

9:52 to keep a check. God is going to ask the raven, hey,

9:54 did you feed Elijah today? God is gonna ask her you know, you

9:58 know the widow, Hey, you know I have commanded I've instructed you to

10:03 feed Elijah. Did you feed him? You know? Are you getting what

10:05 I'm saying. That's the kind of a place I want you to understand when

10:09 God gives that command. If a person in a high ranking position in an

10:13 army commands, the person has to obey, right has to make it happen

10:18 right. That's the way I want you to look at it. God has

10:22 commanded some people to bless you. God has orchestrated, or ordained or ordered

10:28 some people to be the source for you. God has ensured that you know

10:33 what at any given at a time. God has made sure that at the

10:37 right time, the right door of opportunity will be opened for you. The

10:43 right carry a move will happen for you. The right job will take you

10:48 in, the right person will accept you in. The right things are going

10:52 to fall in place, The right provision is going to come. Because I

10:56 wanted to understand what is yours? As a child of God. God knows

11:01 you need it, because He's a God who said, you know what,

11:05 I'm going to meet you all your needs according to His riches and glory.

11:09 He knows how to meet your needs. He knows how to help you fulfill

11:13 your purpose, and he will definitely do it. God, I pray for

11:18 those who are going through the moment of fear and anxiety and what he in

11:22 the name of Jesus. I pray that this word will go forth and melt

11:28 all the worry and anxiety and set them free the name of Jesus Christ.
