0:53 in a time and age where a lot of things have been defined by social

0:56 media. The number of followers you have, the likes you get, the

1:00 use you get, diversity you have, or you know or if you look

1:03 at it in a brass perspective, if you're saying business, you know how

1:07 many people are under you, or what is the economical strength of your organization,

1:11 or if you're in school or a college, are you having a high

1:15 leadership roles? Or what is your level of popularity? And all of these

1:19 things. So we live in a time and age where a person's self worth

1:23 or you know, their identity and value and purpose. Everything seems to be

1:29 connected to numbers, and we think that, oh my gosh, somebody who

1:34 has millions of followers, they're more worth or they're more superior to somebody who

1:42 has just ten followers. But is that the case. That's definitely not the

1:47 case. We all know this, but sometimes we just need that reminder because

1:51 you see, there's a place where a lot of times we tend to base

1:56 our identity, base our value based are real worth by what we see on

2:02 the outside or by the numbers. And the other day we had some guests

2:07 coming home, and so my mom brought out a lot of new utentils and

2:14 cutleries that I've never seen in a long time because we didn't have guests in

2:17 a long time. And I was like, oh my gosh, this plate

2:22 looks as much as a plate that we use for our everyday use, but

2:25 this one looks so good and sparkly, because we had hardly used these plates

2:31 because they were supposed to be for guests, okay, And I was like,

2:36 wow, it's the same plate, but it's been useless because of its

2:39 value and worth being a guest plate. But both are plates. And that's

2:46 when this old thing dawned on me. This old message has dawned on me.

2:51 Where I was like, listen to this. Sometimes we think because we

2:54 are not being used by God, maybe there's something wrong with us. But

2:59 you realize these plates were not being used, not because there was something wrong

3:04 with them, but they were reserved for a specific special occasion in comparison to

3:08 normal plates and the normal plates because they're being constantly used over time. They

3:16 you know, they look like very plain and you know, okay, fine,

3:20 but these plates look very shiny because they are used for special occasions.

3:24 What I wanted you guys to understand is sometimes we look at our life and

3:28 think, like other people are being used more, there's something wrong with me.

3:32 I don't have the value, I guess, But no, the reason

3:38 you're not being used as much as somebody else, at least in this season,

3:40 is probably because you are not a normal plate. You are plate designed

3:47 for a special occasion. You are designed for something significant. You know.

3:54 I want to start off sharing a scripture within I want to take this forward

3:58 and it is found in look up to nineteen was thirty where Jesus is sending

4:02 out two of his disciples to this village ahead, and he says to them,

4:06 go to the village ahead of you, and as you enter it,

4:10 you will find a cold tied there which no one has ever ridden, and

4:15 tie and bring it here. So yere is a cold on which no one

4:23 has ever ridden. A donkey. Basically, no one has ever ridden.

4:27 Right, And this donkey could be feeling like no one has written on me,

4:31 nobody is using me. I'm just tied here doing nothing. You could

4:36 be feeling like that today, John, I feel I'm like a donkey.

4:40 I'm not being used. Look at somebody else. They're being used. Mighty

4:43 league. They're scaling high, they're going places, they're doing so many wonders

4:47 and year. I am so stuck. This thie, this cold, This

4:53 donkey was stuck. It was tied instead of going places, it was tied

4:58 to a place. Is sort of carrying people or things. Is just stuck.

5:04 You may be feeling like that in your life. But I want you

5:09 to understand something very important to your The scripture says that no one has ever

5:12 written on this donkey. You may say, am I even a donkey?

5:17 I mean, let's look at this. I mean a donkey is supposed to

5:20 carry things. I'm like, I'm not written anybody. Maybe I'm not a

5:25 donkey. It's like taking one of those special plates, and the plates are

5:29 thinking, am I even a plate? Because nobody's eating off me? Right?

5:34 Are you getting what I'm saying? Sometimes we thin to think am I

5:36 even worth it? Because why is anybody not using me? Am I even

5:42 having any value? Why am I not being used? No? The reason

5:46 you're not being used at this season, for this time is because God has

5:51 a special assignment for you. You see this donkey no one else had written,

5:58 But now the King of Kings, the Lord of Lords is going to

6:01 ride over it right on him. Think about it. What God has for

6:10 you is bigger than what you think. Now all the other donkeys are going

6:14 to be like, oh my gosh, that donkey that nobody else wrote.

6:17 The King of Kings and the Lord of Lords is riding on that donkey.

6:21 Some people who are like putting you down and saying, you know, you're

6:26 useless. That's why nobody's using you. Your God is not using you.

6:29 You're not going any place, You're not doing anything great, and they are

6:33 going all over but they're going to look at you one day, cannying the

6:38 big assignment that God has for you, the real assignment for which He created

6:43 you. You see, this donkey had a privilege that no other donkey had,

6:50 carrying the Son of the Living card when he walked on earth. There's

6:56 a man and today, guys, I want to tell you the same thing.

7:00 Today. You may feel like there's nothing great, or you feel like

7:04 why'men not being used as much as somebody else? But I want to encourage

7:10 you. And maybe this is a season where He Goddess hidden you and kept

7:15 you for those special accasions. You know, if you use those high quality,

7:19 best quality shiny plates every single day, you know what's going to happen.

7:25 They're going to become plain very soon. But you hide them and keep

7:28 them and use them for special accasions. You don't wear your best costly attire

7:34 for everyday use. You know what I mean. You wear them for best

7:40 accasions. And that's the same thing. You know, just because they're not

7:44 being used doesn't mean that they're not valuable, doesn't mean that they are not

7:48 attires. Just because of plate is not being used doesn't mean it stops becoming

7:55 a plate. Just because you know, if you're a singer and you're not

8:00 getting singing opportunities doesn't mean you're not a singer. At the right time,

8:03 you will get the right opportunity. As a preacher, you're not getting opportunities

8:09 at the right time. You will be getting the opportunities. But right now

8:11 you may be kept safe from outside dirt, something polluting you, or the

8:22 schemes of the enemy trying to stop you or to hurt you or to kill

8:28 you. So today I want you to have this perspective that you are in

8:35 the right place. You may feel like you're tied, you're not being used,

8:41 but God has a special assignment for you, and that the right time,

8:46 you will see Him lead you and do it for you, and then
