0:45 Speaker 2: Hey God, which you listach a joy for me to be with all of you in this segment of the Fuel for the Soul with John Gift Up podcast. If you've been checking out the podcast, you would notice that we've been doing a series about hitting clarity in life and really in the beginning of the year, a lot of people seeking our clarity with regard to the decisions they need to make, with regard to steps that they need to take. Maybe there is an area where you need to take a step of faith but you've been holding on.

1:09 Speaker 2: Maybe it could be with regard to your career, with regard to your business, or maybe with regard to a job situation or a relationship or whatever, and you're seeking clarity. And I really believe that this is another segment of this series that would really really help help you and resonate with you as well. So I also challenge you, guys to not only keep it to yourself, but share this around with others so that other people will also be benefited from what we're doing as well. So, just to give you a brief aspect, I want you guys to go in depth and check out and the other episodes that we've already covered in the last three parts of this series.

1:42 Speaker 2: But I just want to give you one liner so that you will always remember them and you're not forgetting them. So the first part it all told you is that the first step in getting clarity in your life is to make sure that you start hearing the voice of God. Okay, so I'll be talking more about how to hear the word of God in the days to come, but I want you to remember hearing the voice of God is the first thing that you need to look at. The second thing is that God is not going to give you the big picture.

2:07 Speaker 2: You might give you certain glimpses through visions or dreams in other ways, but you will not give you the big picture on how you need to take the step. But it will give you the step that you need to start taking. And eventually, when you take the step of faith, God will start leading you one step along the way. And yesterday I spoke to you about how sometimes when you are listening to the wrong voices, or when the wrong people, or it could be even good people with wrong intentions who are not able to understand what God is doing in your life, if they are speaking and influencing your life, you will not be able to hear the voice of God.

2:40 Speaker 2: Clearly, you will not be able to discern the voice of God. So I challenged you to make sure that you have distance at least the influence of certain people in your life. And today I want to talk about the fourth part. I believe this is such a very, very important word because this is something that really made a life changing moment in my life. Like one of the things is that you know if you do not know this, I've been working in a full time corporate job and running the ministry, and even when I say ministry.

3:11 Speaker 2: It's not just one podcast episode. But I have the podcast, I have the YouTube channel, I have Instagram and Voice. Butook I have different things going on, different things. It's not just I have a weekly television program. I have another two YouTube channels where my messages get dubbed into two other languages like Hindi and tamer So there are so many things happening, and each of the forms of content as to be packaged differently. You know, a Facebook post will be different from what I have to post on an Instagram real or an Instagram story will be different from what I post on in my ministry, WhatsApp, broadcast groups, so everything is packaged differently.

3:48 Speaker 2: So for that, you know, it's not easy. I'm just being honest. It's not easy. People ask me all the time how do you manage? And one of the key things I want to share with you that really made a difference was, you know, I needs to wake up and I be like, oh my goodness, there's so many things cloud in my mind. There are so many things affecting me. There's so many things, you know, that are just shaping or influencing my decisions for the day. In my mood, for the day, and for some reason I realized that, you know what, my mind is now free, I'm non mentally at a place of freeom.

4:20 Speaker 2: And I also noticed that I was always preoccupied. There's so many things bothering me. Weef it can be concerns, questions, challenges, unanswer pressed, or it could be challenges with regard to you know, opposition or obstacles. Or it could also be maybe there are things that, oh, my goodness, I took us the per fate and then it didn't work out the way I expected, or you know, all of those things on one side, you know, on the concerns that you have. At the same time, there are things like so many things to be done, Like I don't want to be mechanical.

4:48 Speaker 2: I don't want to eat any of these podcast episodes or any of the pieces of content to just be pieces of content. I want them to have the breath of God. There are fire of God, the anonony of God, so that it will make a difference in every single person who consumed the content. So how do I manage? And then when I was in the moment where so many things were bothering, there's so many things, you know, preoccupying my mind. I stumbled upon this verse one of the days I was speaking in the Tonguest. I was just praying, and the Lord just said, go to second Timothy four, verse five, and this is what it says.

5:22 Speaker 2: I when you look at the Nalty version, it says, but you should keep a clear mind in all situations. You should keep a clear mind in all situations unless than something it is not something God will magically make it happen. You should keep a clear mind in all situations. And this verse transformed me to a minute. I read this verse, I put my hand on my forehead and I said, in the name of Spirit, in the name of the the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, in the name of Jesus, I pray that my mind will be clear so that I can make clear and direct decisions that honor God, decisions that would propel me towards my God given destiny.

6:09 Speaker 2: And I'm telling you this verse was a life changer. This was like, oh my goodness, the minute I read it, I had the minute that prayed. Thenoic of God just touched my mind and I was like, as if you have a slide which has so many things on a PowerPoint presentation and then you just hit all clear and the slide is you know, empty, there's nothing in it. That's exactly what happened to my mind. I was like free completely. And then as I continued speaking in terms, as I continued praying, what happened the Holy Spirit to control of my mind because the Bible says in the Book of Romans, a mind controlled by the flesh leads to sin and death, but a mind controlled by the Holy Spirit leads to life and peace.

6:59 Speaker 2: Another words, I was like, you know what, I want this to become a reality in my life. And the Holy Spirit took control of my mind. And I want to pray over you guys, as you're listening wherever you're listening from, in the name of Jesus, as you're listening, I want you to just by take a step of faith and place your hand over your forehead over your mind, and I pray in the name of Jesus that you will experience this touch from the Lord to have a clear mind in all situations. I pray for a clear mind over you.

7:34 Speaker 2: I pray for a supernatural encounter over you right now, because that's what happened to me. And I want to tell you something you right now, wherever you are listening, you can experience this touch from the Lord. This God who yield my mind, set my mind free, can do it for you. And now once you do that, you have to be cautious because you see, you can't allow other things to clutter your mind. And again, you know, maybe it's your phone, maybe it's your work. There was a time I remember I was waking up thinking about what should I do at work.

8:09 Speaker 2: There was a time I remember I would watch something and I would wake up thinking about that, or I would think about what ministry posts to make, what should I do next? My constant school of thought was on this or that is about that. And then ever since this verse became a reality, it's like, you know what, God, I want you to take control of my mind. Every decision I make should come from the clarity on my mind being clear in every sitution situation. I want you guys to make that your you know, prayer and their commitment.

8:53 Speaker 2: If social media is cluttering your mind, take a break. I took some steps. Even though I post every single day on social media, I took some steps to the best of my ability. Everybody cannot you know, some people say, you know what, I'm holier than that. I'm off social media completely, or I'm off the phone completely. Maybe it worked for you, maybe you didn't have commitments that required for you to be on social media. But it may not work for everybody. But whatever capacity with which you can take a break or take a step back, I want you to do that.

9:31 Speaker 2: Whatever is put you in your mind, I pray in the name of Jesus Christ, God will show that to you so that you can refrain from it, that you can take a break, take a step of faith, to walk away, or maybe just distance yourself a little bit. But I'm telling you, when you allow this word to become a reality where it doesn't say God will give you a clear mind, remember that it says you should keep a your mind, which means that it's it's like, you know, it's obviously, like I said, it's a supernatural thing.

10:06 Speaker 2: I was praying and the Lord transforms. But it's a it's a two way thing, you know what I mean. It's not something like you just wait on God to do a miracle and you just keep watching consoles on Netflix. You can't do that, you know, if something is affecting your mind, stop watching. If something is affecting your mind, you need to take a break. If your work is becoming too addictive that you're only concentrating or thinking about work, that you don't have time for God or family or other commitments.

10:37 Speaker 2: You need to re evaluate and set the right boundaries. And I pray that today will be that day when God will give you that clarity of mind, so that you will not wake up thinking only about something random, but you will wake up singing a song of praise under the Lord. You will wake up and say thank You Jesus for this new day. Wake up and say good morning, Holy Spirit. You wake up and say, Wow, God, what have you got for me this year? On this day. So I want to speak this over you guys, and I pray to rely experience the touch from the Lord right now.
