the things that make a lot of people go to this place of fear over

the future, worry, anxiety over how things are going to play out in

their life. They're constantly in the place of panic and they're like, oh

my goodness, John, I don't understand how it's all going to work out.

I don't know how I'm going to manage through make it through life.

You know, the economy is so uncertain, My job situation is just on

troubled waters, or you may be saying, John, the relationship is thrown

out into pieces. I'm not sure how everything is going to play out.

You know, life as a whole. We see the whole world and so

much of turmoil, so much of you know, uncertainty, and so many

negative things happening. I'm not sure how it's all going to work out.

And from a place where people have that fear, you could be that somebody

listening to me saying, John, you know what, I'm worried. I'm

anxious. Maybe you're waiting upon God maybe to bring the right job across your

path, maybe a source of income, maybe a financial breakthrough. Maybe you're

struggling to pay your bills. Maybe you're in a place where you are having

a job, but you're wondering, what if I lose my job, what

something negative happens, whatever, some you know, everything seems to be so

uncertain. People just you know, in the natural or in just a jiffy,

they lose their jobs, or some people, you know, suddenly they

lose a loved one or suddenly you know, one natural calamity, you know,

and people lose everything. And you may be in a place of uncertainty

with regard to your life where you have so much of fear, You're so

much of worry and sleepless nights and wondering and trying to come in terms with

how we're going to make it through life. Well, I want to tell

you something, guys, from the word of God. I want to share

something very, very powerful that was constantly ringing in my spirit. And I

believe this word will go forth and be a blessing to you in the name

of Jesus Christ. First Kings, chapter seventeen, and I'm talking to you

from verse two to sixteen. This is a moment when God is speaking to

Prophet Elijah. I want you to understand, the same God of Prophet Elijah

is the same God of you and I. The same God who did miracles

in the Old Testament times is the same God today, the same God who

did wonders in the past, the same God of mighty men and women of

God, the mighty prophets of God, the mighty apostles of God. I'm

here to announce to you you as a child of God. You have to

understand that same God is the same powerful God today. And I want you

to understand something very powerful. There's a moment when there's a draft in the

land, and it's needless to say that there's so much of turmoil all over

you know, today people are saying, you know, this war going on

in some regions of the world. There is a lot of dictatorships in so

many countries, even though they call it democracies, there's a lot of dictatorships

happening. There's so much of control and so much of you persecution Christians are

undergoing, and so much happening all over the place. And I'm not I'm

not asking you to, you know, come to a place where you're saying,

you know, there's no trouble and is no whatever. That's not what

That's not the gospel, right, you know, even though some people say,

if you're truly saying you won't have a trouble, that that's not the

gospel. The gospel is very clear. Jesus said, in this world you

will have troubles. We will definitely face troubles. We will definitely face struggles.

But the but the good news is true. It will be a victor's

We have more than conquerors. We are we are overcomers because we have Jesus

Christ. Right. But the thing is this, in this draft, the

Lord is giving this word to Elijah, okay uh, and he is saying

I want you. First of all, he tells Elijah, I want you

to go to this brook called cared it. Some translations used the word careth

k e r ideas, some cons calling it that shed it, whatever it

is, you know, to go to that place. And this is what

I loved. Okay. If you look at the NIV version, it says

God is saying, I have, you know, directed the ravens to feed

you. Okay, I have directed the ravens to feed you. Okay.

If you look at the NLT version, it says I have commanded the ravens

to feed you. Okay. Now I want you to also hold your horses.

When you look at the MESSAGE version, it says I have ordered the

ravens to feed you. Keep in mind these words. Okay, God has

directed. God has commanded. God has ordered the ravens to feed you.

Now, a little later, the brooke dries up, and this time the

Lord speaks to him. If you look at you know, verse seven to

nine on verse around that time, the Lord is saying, I go,

I want you to get up and go to Zerah fath Insidom. And this

is what I want you to understand. If you look at again, the

Navy version says I have directed a woman, a widow to feed you.

If you look at the NLT version, it says I have commanded the widow

to feed you. And if you look at the Message versions, it says

I have instructed a woman to feed you. I want you to just pay

attention to this. You know a lot of people are living from a place

of lack and uncertainty. How am I going to make it through? How

am I going to feed myself? How am I going to pay my bills?

How am I going to manage through? You're trying to go from a

place of lack. You're trying to go from a place where you think you're

the one holding your life, You're the one running your life. But I'm

here to remind you of something very powerful here. You see, God is

saying, I have directed the ravens to feed you. I have directed the

widow to feed you. I have ordered the ravens to feed you. I

have commanded the woman to feed you. I want to get hold of these

words. Guys. It's like, just imagine if if in a quote scenario,

right when when the judge makes an order and says, you know,

I order this person to pay this fine. That person has to pay the

fine, no matter what right they have to do it, if it is

ordered by the judge. I want you to understand it has to be done

right. They cannot escape, they cannot run away from it. They have

to pay otherwise they're gonna they'll they be put in prison and then they'll have

to work for it and pay. You know, something way or the other.

The person has to pay because when you are ordered to pray, pay,

you have to pay. If that's the case with an earthly judge,

a much more with the just just God, the judge of Horman, when

he orders. That's what I wanted to understand. God has commanded or ordered

or direct did the right source to feed you, the right doors to open

for you, the right job to take you in, the right person to

accept you, the right things to come in and give you the opportunity.

I want you to understand you are not the one running your life. God

is when you understand, is with all your heart, with all your mind,

with all your soul, that you are not the one trying to you

know, look for food. You are not the one trying to look for

things. See I'm not asking you to be complacent and lazy. That's another

message altogether. But I'm saying you don't have to be worried and worked up

because we serve a God who has commanded the right people to show up in

your life. He has ordered the steps of the not only the righteous,

but he has also ordered the other people who have to come into your life,

who have to spice things in your life, who have to come and

be a blessed saying, and to be the source for you through which God

is going to bless you. Are you able to get to what I'm saying

today? I want you to let this be the reality of your life.

I want you to make this you know, you know, into your spirit.

I pray that this word gets into your spirit where you understand, like

you know, when when somebody instructs, when a teacher instructs the child,

you know, I want you to do this. You know, the teacher

will also make sure that the child has done it right. He will instruct

or she will instruct, and she will check, hey did you do this?

Why didn't you do this? I asked you to do this. You

understand what I'm saying. Where the word instruct comes you get what I'm saying.

I want you to understand. That's the way God is going to keep

a check. God is going to ask the raven, hey, did you

feed Elijah today? God is going to ask the you know, you know,

the widow, Hey, you know I have commanded I've instructed you to

feed Elijah? Did you feed him? You know? Are you getting what

I'm saying. That's the kind of a place I want you to understand.

When God gives that command, If a person in a high ranking position in

army commands, the person has to obey, right has to make it happen

right. That's the way I want you to look at it. God has

commanded some people to bless you. God has orchestrated, or ordained or ordered

some people to be the source for you. God has ensured that you know

what, at any given a time. God has made sure that at the

right time, the right door of opportunity will be opened for you. The

right uh carrier mode will happen for you. The right job will take you

in, the right person will accept you in. The right things are going

to fall in place. The right provision is going to come. Because I

want you to understand what is yours as a child of God. God knows

you need it because He is a God who said, you know what,

I'm going to meet you all your needs according to His riches and glory.

He knows how to meet your needs. He knows how to help you fulfill

your purpose, and he will definitely do it. God, I pray for

those who are going through that moment of fear and anxiety and worry. In

the name of Jesus. I pray that this world will go forth and melt

all the worry and anxiety and set them freee the name of Jesus Christ.
