1:13 Speaker 2: in unconditional love as well. So today I want to

1:16 Speaker 2: just talk about an important aspect to in line with

1:18 Speaker 2: what I shared yesterday. I really recommend you to go

1:21 Speaker 2: and check that out. But I want to just remind

1:23 Speaker 2: you that I spoke to you on the importance of

1:26 Speaker 2: encouraging one another because the Bible says in first Solonians five,

1:30 Speaker 2: verse eleven that we need to encourage one another and

1:32 Speaker 2: we need to build people up. We'll have to build

1:35 Speaker 2: each other up. There are other scriptures like Hebrews three,

1:38 Speaker 2: verse thirteen, which again says encourage one another the daily

1:42 Speaker 2: because it's not something you need to do one off,

1:44 Speaker 2: but it should be a constant, daily thing that we

1:47 Speaker 2: need to live by from a place where we keep saying, Lord,

1:50 Speaker 2: help me to be someone who's building somebody up, helping

1:53 Speaker 2: to be someone who's seeing the best in others. And

1:57 Speaker 2: you know, I really want to challenge you today that

2:00 Speaker 2: you know, one of the things is sometimes when we

2:02 Speaker 2: are speaking to people, we want to be like, you

2:05 Speaker 2: know what, I know, I have to encourage him, but

2:07 Speaker 2: they're doing something that's not the way he's supposed to

2:09 Speaker 2: be done. So we tend to become rude sometimes we

2:13 Speaker 2: tend to be very crude in the way we say.

2:15 Speaker 2: And I really challenge you to also remember Ephesians four,

2:18 Speaker 2: verse fifteen, would says, speak the truth in love, Speak

2:23 Speaker 2: the truth in love. I want to just start by

2:25 Speaker 2: giving you an example, right, Like I remember, there was

2:28 Speaker 2: a moment. It's just a fun instance that happened, but

2:32 Speaker 2: when we had this person in my ministry, there was

2:35 Speaker 2: a time he really helped a lot in the ministry,

2:38 Speaker 2: but there was a time when he couldn't help that much.

2:40 Speaker 2: But when it was his birthday, I posted on all

2:44 Speaker 2: the ministry feeds and socials you know that he's been

2:47 Speaker 2: such a blessing in the ministry and all of that.

2:49 Speaker 2: And then he reached out to me personally and he said, John,

2:51 Speaker 2: I am very grateful that you posted about me everywhere,

2:57 Speaker 2: but I feel very guilty because I do much this time.

3:01 Speaker 2: I said, in a fun way, Well, I wanted you

3:04 Speaker 2: to feel guilty so that you will do more this time.

3:07 Speaker 2: You know. I know it's a fun thing, but I

3:08 Speaker 2: just want to remind you, right, sometimes if you want

3:12 Speaker 2: to get the best out of people, you see that

3:15 Speaker 2: they're not going the way that they're supposed to. They're

3:18 Speaker 2: not doing the best. What you can do, Like you

3:20 Speaker 2: can just go out hating on them or saying the

3:23 Speaker 2: truth in a way like, oh, you are lazy, you

3:26 Speaker 2: are not doing enough, You're not good enough. What you're

3:30 Speaker 2: doing is not making a difference. You can do that,

3:33 Speaker 2: or you can be you know, you can speak the

3:37 Speaker 2: same thing in a kind way. You can say it

3:41 Speaker 2: in a better way. You can say it in a

3:43 Speaker 2: way that will make a difference, that will make them say, hey,

3:46 Speaker 2: you know what, I feel good, I feel happy. Let

3:48 Speaker 2: me do the right thing, you know, not guilt them

3:51 Speaker 2: into doing the right thing like I did in a

3:53 Speaker 2: fun way, which I was saying, but I'm saying, you know,

3:56 Speaker 2: instead of saying, oh this person, Oh you're lazy, you're

3:59 Speaker 2: not good for anything, You're this or that. Why can't

4:02 Speaker 2: you say like, hey, I really appreciate the work you do.

4:05 Speaker 2: But if you can just do it in a different way,

4:07 Speaker 2: you will be more impactful. If you can just put

4:09 Speaker 2: in a little bit more effort, you will be able

4:11 Speaker 2: to see a better result. Like can you be in

4:15 Speaker 2: a place where you ask God to help you polish

4:18 Speaker 2: your words? You want to speak the truth? Yes, you

4:21 Speaker 2: don't have to sugarcoat You're not trying to say something

4:23 Speaker 2: in a You're not saying like, Okay, you know what,

4:25 Speaker 2: I love you to continue in this lifestyle of sain.

4:28 Speaker 2: I'm not saying that. But what I'm saying is, yes,

4:31 Speaker 2: the truth needs to be mentioned. But can you ask

4:33 Speaker 2: God to help you say that in the right way,

4:36 Speaker 2: say that with a filter of love. The Bible says

4:40 Speaker 2: it very clearly, speaking the truth in love. That's something

4:45 Speaker 2: that we need to pray because a lot of Christians

4:47 Speaker 2: tend to have this coldheartedness. Oh I'm preaching the truth.

4:52 Speaker 2: You guys are going to hell? I mean, can I

4:55 Speaker 2: tell you? Yes? It is the truth. If you don't

4:57 Speaker 2: believe in Jesus Christ, you will not be able to

4:59 Speaker 2: make it to Heaven. That's truth. But coming out in

5:04 Speaker 2: that fashion is driving people away from the Lord. It's

5:10 Speaker 2: driving them into fear and paranoid instead of actually leading

5:16 Speaker 2: them towards the love of God. Because when the Bible

5:20 Speaker 2: says perfect love casts out or fear. When you lead

5:23 Speaker 2: them to through love. If you lead them through the

5:26 Speaker 2: love that is God, is love right through God to God,

5:30 Speaker 2: what happens. You know, they're not coming to God out

5:33 Speaker 2: of fear. They're actually coming to God because they love

5:36 Speaker 2: him when they understand His love. Today, my challenge is

5:40 Speaker 2: get to that place where, yes, you want to, you know,

5:43 Speaker 2: encourage your children, you want to encourage your spouse, You

5:46 Speaker 2: want to encourage somebody in your workplace. You want to

5:49 Speaker 2: you know, you want them to do better. Say it

5:53 Speaker 2: in a nice way. Say it in a way that

5:56 Speaker 2: will actually motivate them to go and do better instead

5:59 Speaker 2: of resenting or running away when they see you. Think

6:03 Speaker 2: about it, because sometimes people can be so nagging, so

6:06 Speaker 2: irritating that somebody just wants to run away from them

6:10 Speaker 2: when they see them. Don't let that be you. You

6:13 Speaker 2: need to speak the truth to them. How will you

6:15 Speaker 2: speak the truth to them? Only thrue love? And I

6:17 Speaker 2: challenge you to do that, and I believe that your

6:20 Speaker 2: life will never be the same for the better. Amen,
