1:07 Speaker 2: I'm going to talk about one important characteristics to remember

1:10 Speaker 2: because I believe this is such a timely time we

1:12 Speaker 2: reminder for today that you and I need to operate

1:16 Speaker 2: from a place of love, and unconditional love does not

1:19 Speaker 2: rush to expose because today we are in a situation

1:23 Speaker 2: or in a culture where people, especially on media, love

1:27 Speaker 2: to go on this Oh I'm going to expose this ministry,

1:30 Speaker 2: expose this person. Wad I found dirt on this person

1:33 Speaker 2: and I can't wait to shout it on the rooftops.

1:36 Speaker 2: I want to go and tell the world world how

1:39 Speaker 2: bad this person is and crush them, and you know,

1:42 Speaker 2: make sure that every good effort they put in, maybe

1:44 Speaker 2: they did something wrong, but then they've done a lot

1:47 Speaker 2: of good. But let's crush them. Let's crush them ministry,

1:51 Speaker 2: Let's crush all their efforts. And this is what is

1:54 Speaker 2: predominantly happening today. But is that called unconditional love? Is

1:58 Speaker 2: that the way we are supposed to operate. There is

2:01 Speaker 2: a place for accountability, There is a place for you know,

2:04 Speaker 2: bringing out the truth. And even if you look at

2:06 Speaker 2: the scripture, the Bible talks about Jesus saying that we

2:09 Speaker 2: need to if he finds something. If you have an

2:11 Speaker 2: issue with a brother, you need to talk to them

2:14 Speaker 2: in private. But today's culture is all about posts on

2:17 Speaker 2: social media or go around trumpeting to the whole world.

2:21 Speaker 2: And is that a way even supposed to go about? No,

2:24 Speaker 2: And I'm going to share something very important for you

2:25 Speaker 2: a couple of scriptures, and I'm I'm taking it forward.

2:28 Speaker 2: When you look at John chapter thirteen, you know, if

2:31 Speaker 2: you see, Jesus knew what Judas was about to do.

2:34 Speaker 2: Jesus knew Judas in fact, even before, if you see,

2:38 Speaker 2: Judas was known as someone who was stealing money. Jesus

2:42 Speaker 2: by all means knew that Judas was stealing money. He

2:45 Speaker 2: didn't go around trumpeting all this Judas is a money stealer.

2:49 Speaker 2: How dare he steal money? He didn't go around announcing

2:53 Speaker 2: to everyone. Even if you look at chapter thirteen, he is,

2:56 Speaker 2: you know, even when people ask him, Lord, who is it?

3:00 Speaker 2: And what is going to happen and all of these things.

3:02 Speaker 2: Jesus is not going around exposing Judas. I wanted to

3:06 Speaker 2: understand something here, very very important. And also if you

3:10 Speaker 2: look at Matthew one, verse nineteen, there was a moment

3:12 Speaker 2: when Joseph came to know that Mary was pregnant, and

3:18 Speaker 2: Mary says, like, you know, it's through the Holy Spirit.

3:20 Speaker 2: Of course, Joseph did not believe right away, But I

3:22 Speaker 2: wanted to understand even then, what did Joseph do? The

3:25 Speaker 2: Bible says that Joseph was faithful, he was an honorable man,

3:30 Speaker 2: and what did he do? He did not want to

3:33 Speaker 2: expose her to public disgrace, and so he planned to

3:38 Speaker 2: divorce her quietly. Joseph was an honorable man.

3:42 Speaker 1: What did he do?

3:43 Speaker 2: Even though he I mean imagine if Mary was like still,

3:47 Speaker 2: Joseph was like, I don't know if it's true or not.

3:50 Speaker 2: And for his on his side, he thought it was fake.

3:53 Speaker 2: He didn't believe in Mary. But what did he do.

3:56 Speaker 2: He didn't go around trumpeting to the world. He didn't

3:58 Speaker 2: go around announcing, you know what, this Mary is a fraud,

4:02 Speaker 2: this Mary, this I found dirt on Mary, and here

4:05 Speaker 2: people go and stone her. That's not what made Joseph did.

4:09 Speaker 2: He was a honorable man, and he was faithful to

4:11 Speaker 2: the law. And what does it say he did not

4:15 Speaker 2: want to expose her to public disgrace, and he quietly

4:19 Speaker 2: thought of divorcing her. And also, if you see one

4:25 Speaker 2: more scripture that I want to remind you is found

4:28 Speaker 2: in a first speed of Fowards eight. It says love

4:32 Speaker 2: covers a multitude of sins. Now, what I'm saying is, see,

4:35 Speaker 2: I'm not saying, you know, accept you know sin, you know,

4:40 Speaker 2: like I'm not saying, you know, accept a lifestyle of sin.

4:44 Speaker 2: You know, everybody makes mistakes, right, I'm saying in the

4:47 Speaker 2: midst of that, can you be a person who's not

4:52 Speaker 2: jumping on the bandwagon of exposing and you know, creating

4:55 Speaker 2: division in the Kingdom of God and creating a ruckers

4:58 Speaker 2: and trying to you know, bring in more and more

5:01 Speaker 2: dishonor and uh, you know, even sometimes I've seen people

5:05 Speaker 2: may not agree with someone for a small doctrinal reason,

5:10 Speaker 2: but because of that they want the old ministry to

5:13 Speaker 2: be brought to not they want the whole ministry to

5:17 Speaker 2: be destroyed. They want to they a lot of times

5:20 Speaker 2: I've seen, especially on online, I've seen this people a

5:23 Speaker 2: low to just milk the minute somebody falls is maybe

5:27 Speaker 2: somebody got into a sexual misconduct or an issue, or

5:32 Speaker 2: maybe they had a fall or something happened. Maybe it

5:36 Speaker 2: was the person's mistake. Maybe, but yes, the thing, people

5:40 Speaker 2: a low to milk on it, you know, try to

5:43 Speaker 2: get views and try to build their ministry out of

5:47 Speaker 2: somebody else's fall and you know, or not just ministry.

5:51 Speaker 2: Maybe it's just that sense of gossip. You know, I'm

5:55 Speaker 2: telling you so many times, even in the recent times,

5:58 Speaker 2: I was so tempted to talk about a lot of

6:01 Speaker 2: current affairs and you know, to use that as a

6:04 Speaker 2: clickbait on may not be on the podcast but on YouTube, like, oh,

6:08 Speaker 2: if I use this, I can get a lot of views.

6:10 Speaker 2: But every time I was like, no, I'm not going

6:13 Speaker 2: to post just for views. If that message is not

6:18 Speaker 2: going to add value to people, if it's not going

6:20 Speaker 2: to make people pray, operate from a place of love,

6:24 Speaker 2: if it's not going to give in a new perspective

6:26 Speaker 2: so that people can think about and maybe calm down,

6:29 Speaker 2: if it's going to roll people up and just you know,

6:32 Speaker 2: and you know, more division, I don't want it. And

6:38 Speaker 2: I challenge you today in this case, even if you

6:42 Speaker 2: hear something about someone, don't go around trumpeting to the

6:45 Speaker 2: whole world. Don't go around creating more chaos, whether it's

6:50 Speaker 2: about a ministry or an organization or even a person.

6:53 Speaker 2: Don't tear apart someone. The honorable thing to do is

6:58 Speaker 2: like being like Joseph. If you don't agree with someone

7:02 Speaker 2: or something, if you're not able to understand what's happening.

7:05 Speaker 2: Don't expose publicly, just give it time and maybe distance

7:10 Speaker 2: yourself and let clarity come in. If it was not

7:14 Speaker 2: of the Lord, the Lord would not have convinced Joseph

7:17 Speaker 2: about Mary. Right. If God wants to convince you about something,

7:22 Speaker 2: if you are you know, too hasty, you wouldn't be

7:27 Speaker 2: able to handle it. Like imagine if Joseph trumpeted to

7:31 Speaker 2: everybody to maybe this blah blah blah blah blah, what

7:33 Speaker 2: would have happened? Maybe would have got killed even before

7:36 Speaker 2: Joseph could have you know, thought about it, you know

7:39 Speaker 2: what I mean, even if Mary was genuine. So that's

7:43 Speaker 2: where you need to come to the place where you

7:45 Speaker 2: should not rush to expose. But you need to operate

7:49 Speaker 2: from the place of love and calmness and be a

7:53 Speaker 2: person who's honorable. And then what happens when you're faithful,

7:56 Speaker 2: then God will lead you step by step and just

8:01 Speaker 2: a disclaim it again, I'm not asking you to agree

8:04 Speaker 2: with somebody's sinful lifestyle. All I'm saying is, don't rush

8:09 Speaker 2: to get into the bandwagen off gossip or get into

8:13 Speaker 2: this exposed culture. We are called to operate in the

8:17 Speaker 2: place of Love. Amen. God bless you.
